Sehr , sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Empfangsdame . Bei der Buchung hatte ich um ein Zimmer in den Innenhof gebeten - und bekommen . Vielen Dank!! Es war absolut ruhig . Sehr gemütliche Betten !

Das Frühstück ist speziell! Wer ein Brötchen mit Käse oder Marmelade , Müsli oder Joghurt möchte , ist hier falsch . Man kann aus 5 Variationen wählen , von denen eine mächtiger als die andere ist . Für meine Mutter und mich als „ normale Frühstücker „ erschlagend. Ein zweiter Kaffee kostet extra !! Das muss nicht sein .

The hotel is located in the very center on a busy street. Still, it is not noisy in the room. Staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast at the place next door is wonderful (from a menue, not a buffet).

The bathroom was nice and modern, however the lightening was not good for doing makeup, it's quite dark. In the room I would have appreciated a proper chair by the desk.

Perfect location in the city old town . Delicious breakfast at the Café next door. Nice and cozy room.

the location of this property is perfect. Within walking distance of everywhere. the restaurant next door for breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. such choices. Staff were so friendly too. Highly recommended.

The location and the staff kindness

The dirtiest room I have ever stayed in in Europe. Dust on every surface and stains of all kinds and colours on the walls, especially in the bathroom. I had one shower in 48 hours out of necessity, but I would have avoided it. The feeling was of living in a place where previous guests had left 5 minutes earlier. I reported the situation to the reception desk and they offered me an extraordinary cleaning, but this did not solve anything except a partial removal of dirt in the room but not in the bathroom. I asked for a partial refund which I felt was more than appropriate, especially given the price range of the hotel. After a week of promises to come to my aid I was told to turn to booking.com, a way of discharging all responsibility and possibility of refund, because booking.com cannot solve these issues. Also at the time of booking I had the right to free cancellation, but this was no longer an option immediately after booking. I asked for an explanation and to resolve it (at that moment I needed to cancel due to an unforeseen event that meant I could no longer leave for Gdansk). Again, they told me to contact booking.com because it was not their responsibility. Ultimately nothing is their responsibility, all that remains is the pleasure of collecting customers' money on any terms. I repeat. Super friendly and hospitable reception staff

The breakfast in Cheb i Vino was the same menu every day and the portions were very large.
