La stanza era molto accogliente, il bagno era abbastanza pulito e l'appartamento era luminoso

Niente perché alla fine era carina, solo che c'è un piccolissimo difetto nel divano letto: ogni volta che ci salivo faceva un rumore strano

My wife had an itch from the bed bugs. Floor is not clean enough.

Estuvimos muy cómodos en nuestra estancia. El hotel está muy bien cuidado, nuestra habitación era muy agradable, amplia y con un bonito balcón hacia el patio arbolado del hotel. El personal fue muy amable con nosotros. El hotel está en un barrio residencial al Oeste de París (Puteaux), y nos sorprendió muy positivamente. Pese a estar algo alejado del centro, merece la pena hospedarse aquí ya que hay buena conexión en transporte público para desplazarse a París. Nosotros tomamos el tren desde La Défense (hay que caminar unos 20 min) y el tranvía desde Puteaux (a unos 5-7 min). Estamos muy agradecidos y sin duda volveríamos a reservar en el hotel.

El desayuno está muy basado en "Boulangerie", creemos que podría ser más completo. Echamos de menos algo más de fruta y comida salada.

Je voyageais pour le travail et j'ai réservé cet hôtel pour ne pas avoir à prendre les transports. Situé dans un quartier plutôt sécurisé. Le bâtiment est moderne et les chambres sont bien insonorisées. Le personnel est agréable et il y a un supermarché juste en face.

La déco de la chambre était sans âme... Il serait bien d'y ajouter plus de couleurs ou des tableaux. La literie et les ustensiles dans la cuisine sont très vieillots. Le personnel n'a jamais pu me délivrer une facture, que ce soit sur Booking ou à l'accueil donc je comprends qu'ils n'ont pas l'habitude de gérer des clients professionnels, l'établissement étant principalement une résidence pour séniors. Pas de ménage fait pendant mon séjour.

Le personnel est d'une gentillesse remarquable. Aucun point noir lors de mes 3 nuits passées dans cet établissement.

The staff at the apartments were very lovely and helpful. Very nice immediate area with a mini supermarket right across the street. We forgot to take adapter plugs with us, but the supermarket had them available near their till section. There was also a microwave, ketter, coffee machine, fridge, and stove.

There was no toilet roll in the room, but the supermarket across the road had some. There was also a stain on the bed sheets, so we put the small blanket provided over it.

The location is fantastic: in a quiet neighbourhood, opposite a supermarket and next to a park and a marketplace. There are plenty of public transport options to get to the city centre. Fair warning concerning tickets: Puteaux is outside of the municipality of Paris city centre, so buy the correct tickets. The concept of the hotel is great: it’s inside a retirement home, with very friendy residents and staff. The beds are quite hard (exactly how I like them) and thanks to the airconditioning and electric blinds you can sleep in your own favorite temperature in near darkness. The kitchen has enough silverware and pots and pans, though we couldn’t find the lids, strangely enough. We managed to cook without them though. The sound isolation is quite good: we couldn’t hear our neighbours or the hallway.

There were some very minor setbacks: we didn’t seem to have any scissors in the kitchen, and the shower doesn’t have a treshold so it’s suprisingly easy to accidentally flood the bathroom a bit. There was also an exhaust pipe somewhere nearby, but I didn’t find the sound of it disruptive.
