Hosts are unbelievably nice and patient. Would highly recommend, breakfast in the morning is delicious and couldn’t have been kinder to us. Thank you very much for having us!

Vila Laura is a beautiful accommodation with an excellent location. Owner Ziga and his mother are exceptional hosts - very helpful, generous, very accessible and with a constant smile. The villa itself is beautifully decorated - every detail is thoughtful and gives the guests a real feeling of home away from home. Room and bed are very comfortable, bathroom and shower are modern and everything is very clean. The breakfast was excellent in a beautiful dining room with a wonderful view. Hospitality is exceptionally generous - hot and cold drinks as well as snacks and fruits available and free all day and night, packet free minibar (soft drinks) in the room, free upgrade (!!) when available - and all from the heart. Vila Laura is a highly recommended place to stay as a base for a vacation in Bled and the Triglav region.

This is utterly a wonderful place with super nice hosts and service. There is not even one item to dislike there. If we will have another visit to Bled, it will definitely be our first selection for the stay.

Great location for restaurants, biking, running, sight-seeing. The hosts are super accommodating, helpful and friendly. We were able to use the spacious garage to build and store our bicycles. One of our party had allergens and the hosts were very good in providing alternative foods despite us not giving them any prior notice! The rooms were lovely - modern and spotlessly clean. The shower was amazing! Beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. On the edge of town and very peaceful but only a few mins walk from the lake.

Our room was large and very comfortable. It even had a chair that was comfortable for my 6’3” husband.

No WiFi while we were there. There was some sort of problem and we never could join it.

Vila Laura is amazing. The rooms, terrace and dining room are immaculate and beautiful. Our room was enormous and had every thing we could want and more (fully stocked fridge, abundant towels, sitting area). The breakfast, service and facilities were excellent and available throughout the day. The best part was however was the service from Ziga and his mother who made breakfast. Enthusiastic, full of great suggestions and incredibly attentive. Our favourite stay on our three month trip.

Very nice and comfortable, big room, perfectly equipped, nice clean bathroom, fridge content included in price. Great breakfast. Hosts were one of the best I experienced till now, any wish fulfilled before even spoken out. Location green, quiet, clean ... signs for incomming way (small street) good marked. City center and the lake - 10 mins relaxed walking.

Everything was great, especially the care of the owner. We will definitely come back here.

the House is very cute, clean and well located. Ziga is just an amazing host and human being. He does everything with much love and care. His mother, who also serves the great breakfast is a wonderful and happy lady.

We had a fantastic stay at Vila Laura. Ziga and Vlasta were amazing hosts, and we felt right at home for our 4 night stay. The breakfast was varied, tasty and filling, with a great selection of juices, and guests could help themselves to the coffees and teas throughout the day. Vlasta cooked an excellent Omelette alongside all the other continental breakfast selections. Ziga was a very enthusiastic, helpful and generous host and always on hand for questions or just a good chat. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The location is an easy 5-6minute walk to the shore of Lake Bled and a good range of restaurants. It is also only a further 5-6minutes walk to the bus station where you could get buses to Lake Bohinj, the airport or organise activities at Vintgor Gorge / water rafting / bike hire etc. The room and en-suite bathroom at Vila Laura was spacious, clean and comfortable with good storage, mini fridge and balcony with a lovely view. There was a kitchen if you wanted to prepare any of your own food whilst staying there, and a brilliant garden and outdoor space to relax in. We honestly could not recommend Vila Laura enough and look forward to a future stay already. Thanks, Nick and Laura.

Amazing breakfast! The hostel was so friendly and gave so many recommendations. He even gave us his number for any questions we might have. Super close to one of the main areas of Lake Bled. Definitely recommend!

The wifi did not really work at all. But I didn't actually mention the issue as we had phone service so not sure what would've happened if I did!

Very friendly host which also makes recommendations of what to do in the neighborhood. Good breakfast. Quiet location and not far from the lake. Nice garden with a free coffee from the house to relax.

We had a big room (and bathroom) with a lot of space. The breakfast was excellent. There was a very nice buffet and the eggs were freshley baked.. The owner was very helpfull with tips about the location and things to do. He and his mother were really friendly. We had a very good time.

The house is pretty and comfortable and is located in a green, quiet area. Lake Bled and the center are both only in 5 min walking distance. The owners were exceptionally friendly and thoughtful, always ready to give advices and recommendations regarding our hiking and sightseeing plans in the area. The room was clean, well-equipped and really comfortable, visibly “new”. The breakfast was tasty with a variety of continental options and the owners offered egg dishes every morning. Fruits, home made biscuits, coffee, tea were available non-stop in the dining room free of charge. Overall, we had a very pleasant 6 days at Vila Laura, we will be back for sure if we visit the area again sometime!

Villa Laura is in a great location in the center of Bled, a 5 minutes walk from the lake. We booked a room for three nights and were given a warm welcome on arrival. The room was super clean, since it was summer, the room was also pre-cooled by air conditioning. The host was always available during our stay. The rich breakfast was crowned by homemade omelets, which the host personally prepared in the kitchen. Every day he gave us great tips on what to see or where to borrow something and where it is better not to spend money on. He was always cheerful and let our wishes off our lips. We have no criticism and would only like to stay here when we come back to Bled, because it is very personal, there are not many guests and you don't feel like one among many, as it is the case in a hotel.

I liked very much the hospitality of the host. His willingness to make the guest have the best time and his guidance to Bled and the surroundings. He was more of a friend than a host. I loved the garden and terrace. If I would return to Bled this would be the place I would stay.

Villa Laura was the perfect stay for our vacation. Especially the warm welcome from our hosts, Ziga and his mother, made us feel like being home. The two are super nice and will definitely make it a memorable time for you! The first thing in the morning that you will enjoy is a perfect breakfast with fresh fruits, chocolate croissants, scrumbled eggs and traditional cakes that Ziga bought for us every day (besides many many other delicious foods...). Besides the good food, the free coffee/tea/fruits/cakes and the nice, clean house, we also enjoyed our chats with Ziga. He has a lot of interesting stories to tell - and can also help you with a lot of good recommendations for trips in the surroundings. Thanks a lot for your exceptional hospitality!
