beautiful , stylish and comfortable hotel on the perfect spot!

The property was ok but last I got poisoned ordering a Cobb Salad on the rooftop. I vomitted and had diarrhea many times and completely ruined my stay after. I am having examination by the doctor now who is prescribing the appropriate medicine. i hate to have to write this but is unacceptable to poison customers. please no take-it-easy attitude with health. i am sure the cobb salad was the poison food because I did not eat nothing the whole day I ate it 1:30pm and had symptoms 2-3 hours later. I am at Copacabana Palace now where Dr Gaugino is presribing medicine. if you dont believe me contact him directly now at +55 (21) 99605-3349 btw my girlfriend was in front of the whole "show" of the consequences of the poisoning

If everything was finished and maintained to an immaculate standard this would be a great hotel. Rooms are big and comfy and well finished. Bathrooms and showers are very nice. Big balconies to sit out on overlooking the beach. Pool and rooftop bar are small but nice. Breakfast was very good, although a little expensive for what it was but expected in a hotel like this. Restaurant very nice and excellent service.

The hotel is very good as one would expect of a hotel of this qualify but there were lots of little things that meant it didn’t quite come to the sets deed expected. Broken stool in the bathroom that the cleaner kept just balancing on 3 legs - could be dangerous. Corroded finishing in the bathroom. Cracks in the tiles. Stained walls and carpets and a strong smell of diesel on the hallway on the first day!

certain areas require maintenance. several spots showing results of former leaks or water infiltration. Even the in room coffee espresso capsules are charged

Not a lot of closet space, no drawers at all. Impossible to unpack everything.

everything was really really good, very impressive staff in particular where excellent, Thanis (sorry if misspelt) was so good at reception. she kindly gave us a host of tips from things to do to Brazilian food to try. 5 star

The room was beautiful. Very clean, comfortable, with an exceptional service and warm welcome. unfortunately we didn’t have a terrace or window to open which we would enjoy, but the room itself was wonderful! The location is amazing and friendly for tourists.

The pool rooftop is very nice, however we were a bit disappointed with the size of the pool and its area. it seemed more spacious in the photos.

The service was outstandig. The staff is very polite and prestative. The food is very good. We ate only the restaurant at the swimming pool. The bedroom is very comfortable and very equiped (bath tub, blackout courtains, big tv screen, etc). Spa is fantastic. The massage is very relaxing, sauna is great, the bathroomare equiped with deodorant, razor, shaving cream, comb, cotton swbb, etc). Dry sauna with view.

Is a expensive hotel, but as they say quality has a price. Perhpas they could descrease the food price. The sound speakers of my bedroom were not working. I notify them only when I checked out.

I’m so happy chosen Emiliano for our stay, I can say it’s the best place you can have at the Copacabana beach to be relax and have a high level stay, they have amazing chef for the restaurant with great main course for dinner and breakfast as well, the pool and u top floor bar also obviously is amazing. the staff are so helpful.
