We appreciated the closeness to the city centre.

We had the impression as to be in the hospital - long white corridors, cold style of equipment.

Room had a fantastic view on the river and the hotel is in a central location. Bike storage was available.

The hotel has a good and quiet location to the center you can walk in 5-10 minutes.

I only got one roll of toilet paper for one week (no idea if it was already opened or not). There was no other roll of paper in the room. Upon asking at the front desk, I was told that toilet paper is not included for a longer stay (1 week one roll?). Finally I got another roll, but hey what's going on? Should I bing my own or start searching for a supermarket during my business trip?? I travel often and have experienced quite a bit, but I have never experienced anything like this. That's not economical or environmentally friendly, it's just outrageous. The room has no air conditioning, but a very dusty and dirty fan. Otherwise, the room was very dusty and it smelled of smoke (although it was a non-smoking room). The room was not cleaned during the stay (1 week), nor was a trash can emptied. The breakfast is very monotonous and the choice is very limited.

A decent size, modern and comfortable room - nice big window to allow cool air in (hot day). Good underground private parking. A helpful staff member showed me way to the tourist area.

In a pedestrianised area, so I had to park up and find on foot.

The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, the air intake was covered in months wortg of dust and there was some mold in the corners of the shower Very uncomfortable pillows

Clean room with a modern design. Good location, very close to Temple Neuf and city center. Equipped with a small kitchenette, including kettle/coffee machine/refrigerator/microwave. Spacious and clean bathroom, including the necessary toiletries.

Nice staff and breakfast. Parking on site very convenient. A 5-10 minutes walk to the cathedral.

Decoration of rooms is relatively simple.

Very cool concept, we arrived late and when we called their number some nice person guided me through getting inside the building and opening a safe which held the key to our room. Room was nice a spacious with small kitchen and some useful appliances. The location is also great, 5-10 min walk from the center of Metz, parking is 200 m away which was pretty convenient.
