While room was good bit the amenities were not working 1. Tv wasnt working; 2. Towels were sent after calling; 3. Service was too slow

Very poorly maintained hotel. Very bad and smelly bedsheets with cigarette holes. They don't even provide complementary drinking water bottle. No towel was provided, mosquitoes everywhere.
Staff didn't cooperate.

The hotel staff denied the stay. They mentioned that they don't have any room left for me when I reached there. When I requested that could you please help me as I have no place to go, they took me to a nearby hotel saying ma'am you can pay 1000 rupees here for room which is less than 1400 rupees you were going to pay us for the room. This is all we can do for you. I have to take that room for 1000 rupees in other hotel.
I am no longer sure if i should be booking rooms via Booking.com as it happened second time. I am uninstalling the app.

They charged me 800 more than what was confirmed on booking.com. no tv ac or anything. Rooms very dirty and food isn't good.

We were charged more despite of our booking made with Bookings.com and still no compensation has been credited

I booked the room for my guest and at the time of the booking it was showing around 1200 rs and after the gst it was 1388 rs out of which I had paid 694 rs for booking but at the time of Check in my guest was forced to pay another 1000 rs, which makes it a total of 1694 rs. Also, the receptionist kept forcing that the total booking amount was almost 2500 rs out of which she had to pay approx 1700 more, which is Double the amount that they showed me on bookings.com.
