The venue did have comfy beds and the facilities are okay a little dirtier than I would like but good size room for the cost.

My Samsung earbuds went missing and when I went to contact the venue they ignored my messages, when I went back to the venue 2 days later they said they had checked but found nothing... however never replied to me

The room was spacious especially the balcony. It’s fully furnished so our stay felt like we’re just in our own home. Plus, having an own washing machine saved us some time, effort and money!

During our stay, we did not see a security personnel posted atleast in the front door or roving around. They also have a basement parking which is great, but again no security posted in the area. And also, Manpower is a vital aspect of maintaining a good quality service of a service provider bussiness. Understandable that during our stay there is a typhoon, but having extra manpower to take care of the needs of the clients in the hotel is vital.

Great location, close to stores and some restaurants. Safe and decent. Full size kitchen and can be used if needed. They even provide their own washer. I love that this is a pet-friendly facility and I got to be with the furbabies during our stay.

The location of the pool is a bit off which is just at the back of the main lobby. It feels awkward to swim there where the guests come and go. But we loved the hotel, regardless!

There was nothing I liked, Resort had not even local TV, great disappointment and at high cost, no value for money

The location is close to Harbor Point Shopping Centre and an easy walk to the SMBA foreshore. There is a easy drop off and a lift for the higher floors.

Breakfast was very basic and not very appetizing. The rooms were very basic, with a number of items needing maintenance to be used properly (ie taps were loose and cabinetry in the kitchen was in poor condition). There was only very basic linen and bathroom supplies. It was much less than the expected as per the hotel star rating.

I stayed on the 6/F, which has great view of the city and the ocean. Good water pressure in the shower. Spacious and clean. Great location, close to lots of restaurants and shops.
