The ONE particular receptionist who insisted that I pay more than what booking . com confirmed amount of my stay . Even blaming it on booking .com for not being consistent with the price , although I told him that I am a booking.com client for long time . The price of the extra bed was clearly written on the back of the room door ,but he still insisted on more money for it . Traveling with tired kids and handicapped husband , I didn’t argued , we wanted to rest for he will not let us check in unless I agree with the price he wants and not the booking . com Very dishonest person

I like the location of the Hotel, it's close by everything

From the moment I entered my room it started to go bad, I couldn't find the 1 & only electrical socket, so the front desk sent someone up , after he showed me where it was, my 3 prong electrical cord would not fit into there old 2 prong socket. So I asked for an adapter once that was put on the socket was so loose you could not get it to work. So we had to play with wires for a few minutes until we made enough contact to get power. I asked if this looses power again what should I do. They said you can plug your computer & cell phone into the bathroom socket that works fine, I couldn't believe what she had just said. Also my TV was on but no sound was coming out, the tech tried several things but to no avail finally he started to jiggle the wires & that worked so he said if it continues to lose the sound just keep jigging the wires until the sound comes back. My air-conditioner was making noise but as the days went along it was start getting louder & louder by the last 2 days if I wanted to hear what was been said on TV I had to turn off the air conditioner until it got to hot in the room then I would put it back on. Finally my solution was just to go check into another hotel which I did

The location , it is close to shops , restaurants and stores . The free private parking for it is necessary as the hotel is located in the Main Street .

No elevator . The dishonesty of the receptionist in the price says a lot to of the image of the hotel. I was at first charged 18,300 pesos , I showed the price booking .com charged me , it is 5,000 less from what he’s asking . then he said “ he will verify it again , so from 18,300 , it became 12,000 something . ( nice try !) I asked for an extra bed , the price list written on the door is 450 pesos , he insisted on charging for 750 , saying that the price has changed since LAST YEAR and that he will have the price list changed . The fact that he continued to cheat on price is not only frustrating but awfully disgusting , not a good image for the hotel . We were exhausted from the driving and with a little child with us hungry and tired , I decided not to argue but told him that I’ll let booking .com knows this , he replied “ sometimes booking .com is not clear with their prices “ I’m not sure if this is how the hotel management trained the receptionist but I’ll make sure that the owner will know this . As I have mentioned, I didn’t argue due to the exhausted little child and my family but it doesn’t mean that I’ll let this receptionist get away with this . The bathroom floor towel still has marks of dirty feet from the previous guests. . I’d advice the management to tell the one cleaning the rooms ( males ) to at least close the door when they just iron the bedsheet & cover instead of replacing it . I happened to see it as I walked by to go to my family ‘s room . Have I seen this before checking in , I would have not stayed .

basic hotel, clean, good wifi, shops and takeaways nearby. mall at short walking distance.

no lift, no pricelist for minibar, not much to see or do in the nearby area. nearby club, loud bass until 2-3am in my room. why is there a 6inch keyring attached to the room key?

This boutique of a hotel is a hidden gem in the busy and buzzing town of Olongapo City. The location of the hotel cannot be any more perfect if you are looking to explore the city, as it is near many of the landmarks in Olongapo. A few of my favorite things at Subic Residencias is that the cleanliness of the place is incomparable! I have stayed at plenty of upscale hotels in SBMA, and let me tell you, they cannot compare to the high standard of cleanliness that SR delivers. Another great thing about this hotel is the amazing, professional, and friendly staff. Check-in experience is always a breeze, and any additional needs of their guests are always attended to. Lastly, the safety and security of the building is superb. There is a dedicated security guard who is always on watch and the front desk staff is always present as well. Overall, it is always a pleasure to stay at this hidden gem of a place.
