Spacious apartment, awesome location, simple and clear self check-in, parking options explained by the host (extra cost but it was explained beforehand, so no surprise), just enough detergent to use the washing machine or the dishwasher, fast internet, personalized welcome — everything was just great.

Very central in the old town. Easy access to nice restaurants, patios, stores, public transit, ocean. Grocery stores are 5-10 minutes walk although parking there is a bit crowded. We used a backpack. We parked at St. Luiz as advised by the host- close to the hotel, although a little tricky to get in and out. Quiet location, walls seemed to be soundproof. Very comfortable beds. The amenities and the kitchen had all utilities. Since we arrived late we were not oriented to the place so we had to do it ourselves, which was not a big deal after some searching through cupboards to find out the binder with instructions for the appliances. Very modern inside. A nice touch with a welcome note and sweets.

- Have some staples in the kitchen such as salt, pepper, and oil as well as laundry detergent since you can’t buy these in small quantities at the store (enough for a few days) - change the scratched frying pan and post a note for quests who don’t know yet how to use a non-stick pan to use a silicon/ wooden spatula - let the guests know if/ who can they ask for more supplies such as shampoo (by the way, very good quality bathroom items) - a safety risk ( I work in the business of home safety so I may be more aware of these issues)- please add a non- slip mat in the shower- floor becomes very slippery These are small things that won’t prevent us from booking again or recommending the place to our friends.

Despite having no reception, the staff were already responsive on phone and Whatsapp. The room was relatively clean, and the beds were ok.

The room was full of dead mosquitos on the walls, and plenty of live mosquitos which were a headache at the beginning. Nevertheless, the staff managed to resolve the issue.

Beautiful modern studio apartment with all amenities you could need for your stay. Walking distance to great shops, restaurants and transport. Fantastic dinner recommendation.

Was expecting to be greeted at the property upon checkin but codes were sent via text and I didn’t have phone reception so relied upon the kindness of the man in the store next door to help me contact the host.

Excellent location, close to everything. The host is very responsive. They had someone there to meet us and show us around the apartment. It was stocked with everything you need.

We had a unit on the 3rd floor. It was a workout to bring the luggage up the stairs. Not the owner's fault, the building did not come with an elevator.

Location was awesome, very close to city center, restaurants, and the water. Beth, our host allowed us to store our luggage in the hallway, and moved them too our room when it was ready, since we arrived around 10am. She offered the same on departure since our plane left at 3pm. The apartment was immaculate and the bed comfortable. Taxi's are available just down the street in front of the beautiful church. And the bus station is a 5 minute walk down by the tram. We would definitely stay there again.

We rented a car for one day and parking was a 5 minute walk away. Also the hot water tank was a bit small and we had to take a cold shower when we left.

Ideal location right in the centre of the old town, the apartment was spotlessly clean, and the staff provided outstanding friendly support. I can’t praise these people enough. The staff were unobtrusive but always responsive and always helpful.

Great size and location, and very comfy

Although I had received the gate and door code prior to arrival Elizabeth met us to show us around and ensure we had everything we needed. Elizabeth also made recommendations for restaurants and activities that were spot on.

Perfect stay! Central location, quite, well equipped, very helpful staff!

We stayed at the studio on the ground floor and it was a really good experience. Comfy beds, kitchen facilities, nice design. Nothing to complain :). The host was nice and met us near the place. You have the code to access the studio and the property, I found this very easy and convenient. It’s easy to get to the studio by shuttle bus from the airport. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

We got a cozy standalone room with a patio and was really nice. Convenient location, 24/7 access, keyless entry, and detailed instructions. Even got access to someone's Netflix that was left on the tv :)

1. It's noisy. You hear everything - people in the restaurant across the road, neighbors, bells, etc. 2. It's humid. 3. BOOK THE PARKING BEFOREHAND - parking near the property is a nightmare. There is public parking nearby, BUT IT'S ONLY FUNCTIONS on working days - if you parked on Friday - good luck getting your car back on Saturday or Sunday. You would have to cruise around looking for a spot. (Hint - go to La Vie shopping mall - parking there is free on weekends and it's pretty close to the property)

Only problem was some noise from the apartment above. Whoever was in this apartment sounded like they were walking on hot nail boots, early in the morning and late at night - this was very intrusive.

Location was fantastic, easy walking distance to great bars and restaurants, 5 minutes from the seafront, 10 minutes to the old town. Perfect.

Our studio didn't have a huge amount of natural light and being on the ground floor the street noise was quite loud early in the mornings, but who wants to stay in bed on holiday anyway!
