Très beau appartement, spacieux et confortable. Moderne.

the apartment had modern, good quality furnishings, from the beds to the kitchen appliances. we stayed at the 5th floor and we could even see a small piece of the sea, so that was nice. overall good value for money.

that we have to pay gas, water and electricity separately. that was mentioned in the policies before but it's still something I don't like.

Very close to the beach front. Store nearby. Complete kitchen (except for freezer). Good place to stay with a family of 4.

This seems to be more like a long time rental thing. We only used it for 3 days and then the hidden extras like cleaning and parking add up. None the less it was still a good deal for the size of the apartment.

Fully equipped kitchen. spacious living room with sliding doors, lots of light and great view overlooking Koksijde. seating area on both terraces with nice lounge area and cosy sunbeds. Good shower. Good Wifi.

unfortunately we could not park car inside as street (access) under construction. Generally all clean except for some kitchen utensils (solved by 1 full dish washer). Biggest disappointment were the small beds (too narrow for my taste) and would not suggest to stay if over 1.90m either)

Location location location Also very well equipped kitchen, all you need, possible to park right out front but that can be expensive supermarket very close, very good bakery on the opposite side, very nice place to stay

Location is terrific. 1 Minute walk from the sea front, coast tram stop and ticket office, supermarket and many local shops. The restaurants and bars of Koksijde are all within 2 - 20 minutes walk. The flat was secure, wonderfully clean, well equipped and quiet.

1. Car parking is not easy. The flat is within a very restricted "red zone" and parking is easier in the "purple zone" around the corner, but arriving on a busy Saturday meant we could only find a spot a long way away (only 5 minutes walk but with bags ...). You can get 30 minutes free in any zone. On street machines take payments of several days if you wish (we bought 7 days for 25 Euro) but found that it is Euro 20 if bought at Ultimmo. This would have been useful knowledge in advance. 2. Payment is direct to Ultimmo. On paying deposit and balance by bank transfer I emailed them to let them know and to ask for confirmation of receipt. No reply at all. 3. Flat 306: I had to find for myself that the fridge needed to be switched on by throwing a switch in the main fusebox! 4. As others have reported, a terrible (but thank fully short-lived, being only for a period in early evening) daily smell from bathroom plumbing.
