A fantastic house with an amazing pool.
Great communications with Menelaos regarding the day of arrival. Menelaos took the time to show us around the property in great detail that was super helpful and shared helpful tips for our stay.

The service from Menelaos, the host, was fantastic from the first booking to when we left. He just couldn't do enough. The advice and care he took in helping us and to make sure we had the best time couldn't have been better. He gave contacts about car hire and taxi transfer and helped to arrange everything for us. The villa itself is just great and the grandkids loved the swings and the space as well as the pool which is a good size and pretty safe. The facilities in the villa are excellent and comfortable. The location itself is ideal and within walking distance of beaches, shops , bars and restaurants. My only worry about giving this review is that more people may book and stop us going back. A great holiday enjoyed by all. Thank you Menelaos.

The villa is spacious with plenty of room for our family of 9. The large pool and outside areas are fab.
Location is great too - 10 minute walk to the restaurants, bars and beach.

The space, the quiet, the villa in itself was just amazing, all the rooms were lovely and even better they all had an en-suite. Beds were amazing and comfy and our host was super friendly and brilliant to deal with. Kitchen had everything we ever needed and the water cooler was a life saver!
The pool I feel needs it’s own review because it was out of this world! Seriously amazing!
There wasn’t much to dislike in all honesty. The only tiny thing that could be improved is comfier sofas, they were very low in the lounge area - To be honest I was 30 weeks pregnant so being picky But that would not deter me or our group from coming back again! It was lovely!!

If you are looking for a villa with the WOW factor then look no further because Villa Leonidas is the one. This outstanding property is modern and beautifully furnished to a very high standard. It's the outside space that really takes your breath away with its amazing swimming pool and inviting surroundings. The lighting around the pool at dusk is simply breathtaking. The villa is just a few minutes walk to the nearest supermarket (LIDL) and Protaras main street with its abundance of excellent restaurants is ten minutes walk away. We experienced a truly wonderful holiday, spending our days lazing by the pool at the villa and then enjoying some lovely meals in Protaras in the evening. We have stayed in many villa's over the last ten years but nothing compares to the Leonidas. Menelaos was a really good host, so friendly and a really lovely man to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and he provided excellent advice regarding the resort and things to do. All in all, an amazing villa and holiday and we will certainly be returning to do it all again soon
