Our family had a lovely time at Casa Cortez! Everything was as described online-clean, lovely home with comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, and wonderful outdoor area. One thing I think could be clarified-one of the bedrooms is next to the house, not accessible from inside. It was no problem, but a consideration if your group includes small children. We felt very well cared for, and I hope we can return one day!

Loved dinner service provided on Day 1 and the delicious leftovers. Hanging in the pool watching the day go by was amazing. We had pool time every day.
Also, enjoyed a night out at nearby The Cape hotel, walking distance.

Overall it was a great experience . House was clean the pool and all of the amenities worked well. Having separate bathrooms with each bedroom was awesome.

My family of 12 total people stayed in this lovely home for 1 week. My wife and myself; 2 adult married children with spouse; 2 grandchildren (aged 1 and 3); and 4 other college-aged kids. The house easily housed us all comfortably. We loved the pool, the areas to lounge and the views were stunning.
We have been to Cabo a couple dozen times. We've stayed at every nice resort and we've rented homes from Pedregal to Palmilla. But this is our favorite house for many reasons. To start with...the views!! From many areas in the house and outside we had great views of the ocean and the arch. It's only a few minutes to downtown Cabo for when we wanted to go eat or play there. The housekeeper was great and so was Antonio. We will DEFINITELY be coming back to this house!!

This house is as good as advertised. Amazing views overlooking to Cabo arch and whales. 5 full size bedrooms each came with a great view and plenty of room. And the support staff took great care of the house everyday and were easy to work with. The chef was also a great add and highly recommended. This is a truly special place.

This is an amazing property. The views are outstanding. You can see the Cabo Arch while floating in the infinity pool.
The location feels secluded and very safe.
Nearly every room has an ocean view and each one has its own bathroom.
We went to celebrate a birthday with friends. The house staff made us feel pampered and cared for while keeping intrusions to a minimum. The house manager was very responsive to any and all needs, but we truthfully didn’t need much since care was taken to provide nearly everything you need.
I would strongly suggest getting the spa services. We agreed they were the best massages we’ve ever had.
Also recommend the chef. We opted to have him fix the birthday dinner and it did not disappoint.

Amazing oceanfront house right on the cliff. Wake up to the sound of waves crashing below you and cheers in the evening to a beautiful sunset and view of the Ach. Great location next to the Cape Hotel. As other reviews have mentioned, the pictures don't do this home justice. We spent 3 nights, four days, enjoying the pool, beach access, and incredible views from this home. From sunrise to sunset you'll love your time in the infinity pool with incredible unobstructed views in both directions along the coast. Chef's kitchen, king bedrooms, large family room, and spacious pool/jacuzzi/deck area make this a perfect home for a couples trip, family vacation, or a larger group. Communication with the owner/house manager was extremely professional, the home was clean when we arrived, and the staff kept it that way during our stay. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a special place in Cabo!

The home is nothing short of breath taking. Particularly with our group of five couples and three children. Beautiful views from every room. Beds are comfortable. Charles did a great job answering our questions before arrival, and okayed a early check-in for us. …very helpful. The pool and hot tub system are very nice. Although it was at time difficult to keep both heated simultaneously. We figured it out. However, when we telephoned the on-site manager, he seemed annoyed, and even hung up on us once. We may have made a total of three calls to him over seven days. This however, did not deter our absolutely fabulous vacation. I would not hesitate to recommend this house again. As we will certainly be staying here as well. Oh, The maids and groundkeeper were awesome.

This is of course an unbelievable villa right on the ocean with views from almost every room! But what really stood out for us staying here was the care and efficiency of the property manager, Antonio, the housekeeper, Ruth, and the pool & yard maintenance team. We had a serious emergency during our stay and once Antonio heard about it he jumped in and provided support and services beyond those you expect. I really appreciated his help!!

The sunset the night we arrived was spectacular!! We were whale watching each morning. Having the house cleaned daily was an added bonus I don't typically see with other VRBO rentals. This property has the perfect view of Cabo and is amazing to stay at. It is perfect for golf weekends, guy trips, 4 couples. It is a first class experience. The only negative at all is the two apartment buildings you have to drive through to get to the property. The roads are rough and very tight. I would not rent anything larger than a med sized SUV. No escalades or navigators, you don't need the anxiety. The staff was wonderful and attentive. The property is walkable to the Cape hotel which is a fantastic property.

We could not have asked for a more perfect place for our seven day family (adult kids with spouses) trip to Cabo. The house is set up very comfortably with six separate king bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool, view, and entire backyard is a luxury in its own right. We saw so many whales, boats, and tangerine sunsets. Also, they provide daily cleaning of the house and pool and their staff is unobtrusive and thorough. Staying at Casa Cortez was a great choice for our large group of ten and we all agreed we would stay there next time!

The property exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect with spectacular views of The Arch. There is an infinity pool and hot tub perched above the water with plenty of room for the whole group! Every morning we woke to see the migrating Whales pass in front of us!! It was so special! They even provided binoculars! There are Five Master suites all with views which was perfect for my family of couples. The house is very comfortable with many beautiful sitting areas so no one feels crowded. The daily housecleaning was a bonus and the staff was very unobtrusive. Antonio, the house manager was accessible to answer any questions about the house and help with any outside arrangements we needed. We even had a private chef come to the house and cook authentic Mexican dishes which was a hit with the entire group! Within walking distance are two small beaches and a cute beach bar and restaurant as well as the fancier dining options at The Cape Hotel. You can also walk to The Jazz on the Rocks and Mona Lisa Restaurant, two very special destinations. It’s only a 15 minute cab ride to town and taxis are always available just a few minutes from the house. The area is very safe

The pictures do not do the property justice, just an amazing place to spend time. Close enough to the party life in downtown cabo and quiet enough to hang and enjoy. The facilities, cleaning, and private chef were awesome. Next time I go back I will hire the chef team for the entire stay, it is worth it. Great house don't stress it is worth every penny!

If you’re thinking of passing on this property because of cost, DON’T!!! It will cost you so much more in the long run.
I’ve never been more relaxed on vacation in my life. Everyone from start to finish was helpful and would go out of there way to make my wife’s birthday spectacular. She told me it was the best birthday she has ever had. You will find yourself staying at the property more than going out.
Final recommendation: get the private chef!! It’s not allot of money and will be some of the best food you can have… With the exception of Sunset Mona Lisa which just happens to be about 100 yards from the property.

Spectacular Property
Casa Cortez is an amazing property in an amazing location. 180 degree views of the water and lands end. Sunrise in the morning and sunsets in the evening. Outstanding bedroom configuration, all with views and private bathrooms. We had five couples staying together and it works perfectly for that kind of set up. Every detail has been thought of and it taken care of for you. I highly recommend hiring Chef Lupita for as many meals as you can. Amazing food and she is a wonderful person. All the staff is great and makes your stay easy and memorable. Highly recommend and we will be back.

We spent a week at this AMAZING property - my husband and I along with our four adult children and their significant others. It could not have been more prefect for our group. Everyone had their own room/bathroom and we had plenty of space to gather, enjoy and relax. And the view is out of this world. We were so grateful for the recommendations from our house manager … car service to and from the airport, spa services and chef services. It was the best!! We didn’t have to go anywhere … but if we wanted to venture out it was just a short walk to a wonderful beach. I highly recommend this beautiful property and hope to return some time soon!!
