Great location, big apartment, perfect for 4 people, very clean, comfortable beds, lovely pools and grounds, lovely cleaner that gave us the keys.
Rusty bath needs replacing, shower wouldn’t stay on wall needs a new attachment to hold it, kitchen old, fine for a night or two.

Great location in Puerto Banus. Walking distance to shops and facilities are modern - washing machine, induction cooktop and modern washroom with shower.
The property could have been cleaner (sheets) and offer soap and toilet paper. There were also baby cockroaches in the main bathroom.
It would have been nice to have a drying rack.

parking is limited so you have to call to reserve a parking space before arrive.

We liked the location and how secure the apartment complex was.
The complex was very run down. The apartment wasn't very clean and the shower ran out of hot water after two showers. As there was four of us this wasn't very good.

There wasn’t issue box , there wasn’t adapters ( since Spain is two plugs & my home country is 3) I had to buy. There wasn’t 2 bottles of water to welcome .

I was nervous booking this place as I read a review on the internet that said all reviews on booking.com were fake and it was nothing like the picture. However, I think the accommodation was even better than the pictures shown here. The location couldn’t be better we didn’t get a single taxi all holiday as it was all in walking distance. The apartment was perfectly clean and well equipped and overall a lot better than I was expecting
Theirs no sun loungers near the pool we actually didn’t use the pool much due to this. You’ve to sit on a towel on the grass.

The ventilation at the bathroom was a bit annoying.

Good location and nice swimming pool.
The gentleman collected our deposit off us at the property when we arrived. He then arranged to come back the night before we flew home to give us our deposit back but said he didn’t have the change to give us and said he would transfer us the money instead. After multiple messages asking for this to be done and multiple excuses from the man we still have not received our deposit back despite being promised he is off to the bank to do it. (6 weeks after our stay)! Do not stay here if you want your deposit back at the end of your stay!
