Beautiful Tuscan views, amazing grounds and swimming pool
Stayed 9 nights, no clean sheets offered, made to feel guilty about asking for extra loo roll or drop of milk (we’d had long journey). Grass overgrown.
Italy is expensive but I did not think this was value for money.

This place is magical, amazingly well kept property, perfect Tuscan spot! The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating, we had a wonderful time and hope to come back soon! We highly recommend it!

The air conditioner broke during a heat wave which was very unfortunate. The heat was unbearable. The host tried to have it fixed but it didnt work out. I thought a room discount should be offered but it wasn’t and I felt that was a little unfair.

The location is superb and the gardens/pool area is beautiful.
No air conditioning, apartment too hot. For the same price we had other accomodation in Tuscany in hotel apartments with breakfast included.

The hospitality was unparalleled. Manola and her mom were wonderful. That were both very welcoming and helpful. The view from the property is out of this world! We had a great stay.

Very very clean, spacious and well equipped. Beautiful views of the area, great hosts. It is possible to walk into the main town (about 40 mins). Pool is lovely.

The villa is perfectly located, with a great view of Montepulciano. Manola and her mum are wonderful hosts and the whole experience was a happy and pleasurable one for our group of 9 ladies. We loved every minute of our stay. Thank you Manola 🙏🏻❤️ We also fell in love with the beautiful town on Montepulciano.... there is a lot to see and do.
