The tidiness an the welcome.

Suite 414 was not available. I had tis booked 8 months in advance, only to be told 2 days before , the suite was under renovations an wud not be ready. I had no options, but to take a last available suite 104. There were barely any view of the beach, leave alone, our peace an quite was disturbed by monkeys that were troublesome.

Room was beautiful, deco,blankets and all

The smell of the carpet on those rooms it's unbearable, please 🙏 I beg kindly remove them for tiles, I was so miserable with my kids the whole time, that house is so nice carpet destroy everything

Excellent location. 2 bathrooms

Rude staff assisting with the friction-filled booking process. They ask you to pay a deposit into a bank account (rather than just holding it on the card), and then do not refund the deposit until weeks later when I queried it. Seriously unprofessional. Beds are soft and uncomfortable.

It was a self catering apartment

1. We received the code to enter the gate late and were told that we have to wait 2 hours outside the security gate. We just flew from UK and no way to cabe driver would wait. 2. The information we got from the reception about the shuttle was wrong about what was the last hour for return. We were told 12:00 mid night. Finally after very long discussions the security escorted us. Then we were told return time was 20:00 then 22:00. 2. This unfair for everyone. It’s a paradise but fort nox. 3. We had c conference in the hotel. We were told to remove our valuables, luggage and leave in front of the reception. I think the agent can be courteous and understand our situation.

key collection and security had no clue where to direct us and where to collect a key

The room was in very good condition & the cleaning staff came everyday, it was a lovey cost place. Lovely place

The pics didn't show it was on the 4th floor.

Everything about this apartment was neat and clean.

Only thing they didn't have was teas/coffees/sugars which they said they would have

The location is exceptional

the property was not cleaned we have to wait for hours for housekeeping to clean but they made inception for us to check out late, but that inconvenience was disappointing cos our plans and appointments had to be cancelled
