Staff is amazing!!! Room service crew is efficient and professional. Personnel in both Misto and Straight Up are also amazing!! I also found their front desk and concierge folks very accommodating and hospitable:)

the room is spacious and the bed are comfortable. bathrooms are clean. the food was delicious. I like the proximity of the mall to the hotel.

the construction happening at misto, the noise can be heard even on the 19th floor at 5am you will hear the rooster already. not sound proof at all. my sister also got bit on the bed. there is no stopper at one of the curtains so it fell down the first night.

We booked the room right before checkin time. And requested the hotel to add one more bed. The request was well responded which made us feel relief. The best service is its breakfast. Amazing delicious. Mattress is really cozy. Definitely will come to stay again if we have chance to visit Manila again!

The checkout process took a long time. It seems like the SOP can be improved.

Location is great. Our request was accommodated, check in counter staff was very nice. Misto staff were also nice.

Baggage assistance took some time. Pool was ok but suggest to make it heated since weather was very windy and cool.

The executive lounge staff were outstanding in their customer service. They treated us with respect and professional level interaction. The food and drinks served were excellent in their quality and presentation.

The top floor lounge was initially okay but our experience turned very sour when the manager interacted with us in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Members of our party entered the lounge 5 minutes prior to us and were told that seating was first come first served. They sat at a high table, when my wife and I arrived the group initially decided to move to a low lounge table. When deciding what to order it became apparent that we were having dinner there, rib eye steaks etc. which I cannot eat at a low cocktail table. Upon returning to the previous table which remained open the manager forbid us to change tables and in very strong language told us there was no other option but the low table even though the lounge was 90% empty. Being the individual paying for a week stay and two rooms that evening I was extremely upset by his no solution approach and left.
