some parts of the rooms needs renovation.. facilities a bit getting run down..

Clean, smells good, professional team (receptionist) working on the hotel.

1) it was mentioned on various booking apps that part of the offer is that you can check in any time but the reception says you can only check in at 14:00. 2) hallway in the 5th floor is not air conditioned. 3) room is not soundproofed; you can hear people’s footstep or if someone is giggling/talking from the outside.

The location was quite convenient since I picked the hotel based on the proximity to a church. The room was nice and clean and I was able to change on the day to a different one closer to my cousins since they had room. There is a door which connects the hotel to the mall. There are quite a few eateries nearby. You are able to get free day parking for the mall, just register with reception.

There was no bottled water in the rooms but there was a water dispenser by the elevator. There weren't any other amenities other than the rooms. The door to the mall is very easy to miss.

The hotel location is great, has access to the mall which has everything you need. The room was spacious and clean, staff are accommodating. Most of all, the price was amazing. i’ll stay here again in my future trips to Manila.

Everything in the hotel is awesome, but yesterday, 1 hour before i checked out, i informed the front desk NAME QUINO, we will just buy lunch & return before our the 12am chechout. When we returned at 11:30am, our room is already locked. Twice I go downed ( 5th flr to Ground Flr). I inforned Quino, but still the Card Keys he gave, still not opened my room. The Hotel is highly recommended by my Boss at Insular Life. This made me so DISGUSTED😰😡bec. Of this irresponsible front desk Quino. Hope this will not happened again...

Everything was ok, room was spacious which is nice, bed is big as well, aircon is cool. Breakfast is ok, it's not fancy but it has salad, main dish, brewed coffee, some fruits.

Their shower was really bad. The room we stayed, didn't have any glass partition in shower or shower enclosure, instead it has this shower curtain which is a foot or a foot and a half short so when someone showered, water is all over the bathroom. I went in cause my husband said there was no soap, when I came out, I slid because feet was wet and slid all the way like DARNA! i had a bruised arm from the fall, really so upsetting!

Ambience..

Almost all electrical sockets are already loose that need to be replaced. Fire hazard... Should have an extra mat or foot towels for the bathroom for slip prevention and unexpected accident due to slippery flooring after taking a bath.
