Carlos was very friendly and everything went smoothly.

Near shops, restaurants,beach. Parking place. Rooftop terrace. Heater/aircon. Easy communication with renter.

Everything! - Our greeting was enthusiastic and very helpful. We were met at the secure parking garage, due to our car being larger than the typical Spanish car a new space was found for us and we were even guided into the spot. - the host helped take our baggage to the apartment as you can only park outside the apartment between 0800-1100am daily, in the church courtyard. We arrived in the afternoon. - We were shown around the apartment and building and given clear instructions on facilities, keys and wifi codes etc. - Carnival was happening the weekend we arrived (we did not know before), this added some great atmosphere in low season - the apartment itself is perfect for a couple, with enough space and furniture etc. It was clean although somewhat tired with marks on walls etc, but this is reflective of the price and was not an issue at all for us. - our host helped well with organising an extra day, payment of taxes and secure parking. - wifi is extremely fast at around 30mbps, suitable for as many devices you would need. - air conditioning was provided included in the price. - washing machine and dryer available on the Terrace. - secure parking was close by. - good shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Only two minor points, but is a hazard anywhere. 1. The doors in the building are noisy so you hear banging of people coming/going at all hours. The host explained on arrival that the doors are in the process of being replaced. 2. The water boiler runs out of hot water quickly, was noticable in February, most likely not so in summer.

The property manager was so helpful - he came to meet us and we followed him on his moped to the appartment. He helped with our bags and then took us to the private car parking space. He always picked up anytime we called and was alwasy happy to help. The appartment was very basic - but was what we expected for the price - the beds were comfy, the kitchen is well equipped and the general space is a good size. The shared terrace was great for aperos, breakfasts..and general outside living. Location is 10/10 right in the heart of the old town, above tapas bar and next to the Church square, minutes from the beach.

Just a tiny bit in need of some fresh paint but for the price and location - it was what you would expect. The appartment block has 3 floors and can be a bit noisy. Parking is a short distance away.
