EL HOTEL ES MUY BONITO Y CENTRICO, MUY LIMPIO Y CÓMODO ME GUSTO MUCHO

LO QUE FALLO FUE EL SERVICIO DE DESAYUNO AUNQUE FUE MUY RICO PERO MUY TARDADO ESPERAMOS MUCHO Y ERAMOS POCAS PERSONAS Y EMPEZABAN A DAR TARDE EL SERVICIO. CONSIDERO QUE DEBEN TENER QUIEN SUPERVICE LA PARTE DEL RESTAURANTE YA QUE EN RECEPCIÓN NO SE INVOLUCRAN. LOS ALIMENTOS ERAN MUY RICOS SOLO QUE FUE TARDADO.

Great location, close to the church of Junipero Sierra, and to the historical center with plenty to visit - all by foot. The room was rather large with two very comfortable beds, and a nice bathroom - though the "hot water" was not really hot; no window in the room; but the AC was great. The staff (we met 3 of them) were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included, right across the hall from the bedroom, no need to go outside; there also, very friendly staff and breakfast was quite decent, not huge, but enough. Great option for Queretaro and great value.

Room was a bit dark, would benefit from lighter rugs. The door to the room was a bit shaky, but this is a small hotel and there is an onsite manager 24/7. Finally, the hot water in the shower should be hotter.

Location is fantastic. The hotel is beautiful and the comfort in the room is also very good. Overall it is quite and very nice.

Breakfast is a very late 9am... And the voucher for the breakfast is very limited. No Juice, and nothing compared to the menu they offer to visitors NOT hotel guests. Even if the decoration is nice it lacks that cosiness and sense of being invited which could be offered with a few benches in the hall or better in the inner courtyard, and a few plants/flowers.

Breakfast was incredible, and I really enjoyed that it was included in the price! The location was perfect, a lot of places to visit nearby. The room was very comfortable, a little smaller than I anticipated, but still I liked it a lot.

Great location, cozy & comfy rooms, nice staff overall very nice stay!

Staff were outstanding and very courteous. The location made it easy to walk wherever we wanted to go. The breakfast was delicious, and no steps to climb to go to our room was a big bonus

The hotel is very pretty and confortable, it has an excellent location, however I was expecting a backyard or a little garden to enjoy the hotel. Nevertheless, the breakfast was good, and the staff was very kind and helpful.
