The staff was super nice (shout out to Fernando for helping me confront the laundry service across the street for ruining my clothes!) and the location was great. I felt safe walking around at night, and my room was clean.

I would have liked a Dan in my room instead of leaving the windows open all night. The window leads straight into the courtyard, and people could see into my room. Even sheer curtains would be an improvement.

Localization, close to all important buildings. Excellent breakfast. Good attention. Beatifull hotel, quite.

All was good

excellent location. It’s a pretty and airy hotel, very charming. Made to order breakfast and coffee are a nice touch. Free overnight parking nearby is a big plus.

Staff was confused about the rooms we reserved upon arrival. it took a while for them to figure it out. The person at the reception was convinced the room we wanted was not available, set us up in another room, but as we were walking through the hotel we saw that the type of room we wanted was in fact available. Eventually we got it sorted out but that was frustrating.

It is without a doubt the noisiest hotel i have ever stayed in my life. It's unbearable at times. The parking is 3 min away, but it's normal given the location of the hotel.

The property has beautiful colonial building with flower decorated at reception. The room is comfortable with nice bed and WiFi. The staff is very helpful.

The hot shower water will come a little bit slow so you better leave it for a while before you want take shower.

the look and feel of the property is very nice and feels very authentic. My internet was fixed on the second day and worked very well. Staffs were very helpful!

the humidity in the room is very strong and stays. which gives a smell to the room and as well as on your clothes even with windows fully open. fans or ventilation in the bathrooms is definitely needed. breakfast needs strong improvement.
