Dream Boutique Apartments offers everything you need a perfect summer stay. First, in terms of location, very close to the local beaches (3 min walk) and within walking distance to amazing places for food (tavernas but also fast-food joints like gyros places). Second, the amenities are updated and modern, and everything was pristine clean, with cleaners coming to the rooms every day. We liked that it also had designated parking spaces for guests, which is rare with other accommodations around Chalkidiki. We'll definitely come to stay again when we visit the area in the future, it was also very convenient as a base for visiting other places around Sithonia from here.

No negative remarks.

The hotel has been newly built and is in a great location, within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and entertainment venues. It has spacious rooms with great design details and all the basic amenities, a small but convenient kitchenette and daily housekeeping.

The shower drain didn't work perfectly, but the host fixed it.

Very clean, with a generous green garden in front of each room, not cramped at all like other hotels/studios. Large rooms, large bathrooms, cleaned daily very carefully. Quiet area, with low traffic, you can rest in the afternoon or during the night without any problems. 2 minutes to the beach by walking, or to the restaurants/taverns area. 3 minutes by car to a big supermarket (Masoutis) and to Lidl and to the main road leading to Vourvourou-Sarti or Toroni. You don’t have to cross the whole Nikiti to exit towards the wonderful beaches of Sithonia.

A toaster would be a nice addition.

It was very good to be very close to the sea (2-3 min by walking), to be able to walk to the center of Nikiti without the need for a car, and to have a parking lot. The beach is very clean and sandy. The room was comfortable, it was very pleasing to have mosquito nets on the balcony door. It was very pleasing to be given a gift of wine in the fridge. If I travel to this region again, I would prefer to stay here again.

Guests staying in the next room at the hotel talked loudly on the balcony very early in the morning. It is not very pleasant to wake up every morning to the noise of the next room. Not hotel related but maybe they can provide a solution to this

The room was extremely clean, all the facilities available.

The place is very spacious, very beautifily decotated, very clean, coffee machine, tee, wine, water, beer etc. The hot water smelled and felt like thermal water and it was very good for our Reumatism.

At times the water were not hot enough

It was amazing! The hosts were very sweet and nice. It was very clean and close to the sea and at the same time very quiet and peaceful :)

The matrace was too Soft for our preferences - but definitely not a big issue.
