The position is great, very close to the beach but a very quiet location in the evening. Very nice green grass lot in front and nice sitting area outside, with an umbrella to shade it, barbecue facilities, Nespresso machine in the kitchen. Fully furbished kitchen. The fact that there were 3 sunbeds available that we could take to the beach in front. There was also an umbrella for the beach. I liked the water hose to clean the feet and slippers from sand of the beach.

the rooms were very small, they said cleaning would be every 4th day, but there was none

Great location. Great host and cllean villa. We got used to the villa in about few days as we were just sleeping there.

House is too small. The stairs are too steep. Basic kitchen (we didn't use it once for 2 weeks) You can see than no money has been spent here for quite a while. No chop board. Just one bread knife and one small steak knife. The TV is smaller than my llaptpp. Just one AC placed between the floor with the idea to cool down 2 floors. Impossible task in August even for a property of this size. The bathroom is very small with an old fashion curtain. If you take a shower and use the washing machine - water overflows. Ideally, the owner should refurbish the property and bring it up to a decent standard.

The location of the villa and the garden in front was perfect! We had a great stay and will definitely hope to come again in this beautiful place.

The boiler was not turned on before our arrival and we found that later in the day, so we needed to wait a little before having a hot water.
