great villa, hosts and location. We also paid extra to have the pool heated and the child proof access, gate to the pool installed, which was great as we had the youngest grandchild(2 years old) with us along with 3 more of varied ages.

The location was great and the facility’s in the villa were excellent

Sunkiss was absolutely spotless and lots of space to escape and relax. We paid to have the pool heated, which I would certainly recommend, made having the pool a lovely (and warm) addition to the whole relaxing experience. Elia, the host, was super helpful, always available to give advice on where to go and recommended greats places to go, the Balanise message she recommended was the best I’ve ever experienced. I can’t wait to go back!

Have stayed in several large villas and this one by far exceeded in terms of facilities and location. The rooftop view was amazing and provision to detail throughout the villa impeccable. Anything you need - it’s there, and if it’s not Elia will help source it.

The Sunkissvilla exceeded our expectations in everything. We were a large group and we felt very comfortable with vital room for everyone. Elia hospitality was amazing. The location is conveniently near the beach in a calm neighborhood and the Villa has everything you need to have a very pleasant stay.
