The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. Location of the hotel was very good, the surroundings were silent so it's good for rest.

I would like to have more tv channel options. To have more pijama sizes for guests. I would like to have more water purifiers not only in first floor.

なんば駅から徒歩圏、清潔感がある。朝食もしっかりしている。

WIFIの通信回線が不良の時があった。

コインパーキングから近く、パーキングも周りに何箇所もあり特に困らなかった。コンビニも近くに多い(ミニストップ、セブンイレブン、ファミマ)。 チェックインの時、私が名字しか言っておらず、同姓の方が何組かおられたようで、フルネームを名乗ったあとも、受付の方が少し時間がかかっていたら、別のスタッフがすぐフォローに入られていたので、待たされたりと感じる事はなかった。 フロントでカミソリ、綿棒、歯ブラシ、コットンはあったが、洗顔やクレンジングなどはなく、一泊分くらいはあれば有難いなと思った。 ルームウェアは、エレベーターを降りてすぐのところのスチールラックに置かれており、『お部屋にないので、こちらからお持ち下さい』と書かれてあり、そういうシステムなんだなと思った。子供は、たいていのホテルは、ワンピース型で朝にめくれやすいけど、ここは上下別だから良いと言っていました。 ドライヤーはテレビ下の引き出しにあり、初め分からずにドライヤーがないのかと焦りました。威力に問題なし。 近くに飲食店も多く、食べるところには困らなかった。 朝は7:00からだったから、あと30分早いと嬉しいなと思う。個人的には、朝ビュッフェには十分な量だった。子供でも食べやすいものもあり、良かったと思う。 お風呂、水回りも清潔。コップが色違いだったので、どちらが使ったかわかりやすくて良かった。いつも、自分はどっち側とか言って教え合うが、その手間がなかった。 加湿器があり、乾燥する時期なのでありがたい。また、服の消臭機能があり、上に洋服を吊るしたら、消臭スプレーだけの時より匂いがマシだったと思う。 コインランドリーは一階に2台。ただ、夜21時以降は混むのか、タイミングがたまたまそうだったのか、待っている人もいるようだった。使う場合は早めがいいのかな。

アメニティは一泊分は洗顔なども欲しい。またお茶のスティックが2本だったので、夜、朝ようであれば嬉しい。 また、朝食は6:30〜7:00に海外からの団体客用となっていたが、ほとんどが6:50になっても来ず、ホテルの方が確認を取ったのも遅く、結局一般客と被った。 6:30に揃っていない段階で、もっと早く確認はとっていても良かったのではと見ていて思った。

每天都有早餐，不用擔心早起出門不知道要吃甚麼 毛巾每天都可以更新，不用重複使用，要自行放在房間外面(可以跟服務人員要袋子裝在門把上給清潔人員更換) 他們沒有房務整潔服務，所以不用擔心東西不見

very compact room, a little smaller than i imagine but it has all essentials we need, even something extra like the dehumidifier/deodoriser and clothing freshener which all are appreciated.

not really a big deal but I was surprised when they told me they would charge us extra as the room I booked was for single use only. I mean, in my years of travelling over 10 plus countries i have never encountered such situation where a room with double bed allows single use only. And it’s not like they give us a bigger layout when we paid extra for double room. So you all shall be really careful upon placing a booking and make sure you read the description clearly if you do not want to incur any additional accidental expenses.

The reception staff were very rude. They asked me twice to step aside when I arrived and tried to check in. They only served me after all the Japanese guests behind me in the queue had been attended to. I have never experienced anything like it.

I liked the location of the property and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were so incredibly small. Was not able to open a suitcase and still have access to the bathroom or front door. Probably wouldn't stay again for this reason.

Quiet and clean hotel. Room is not small as I tought and twin bed is bigger than I tought. Also impressive with big bathtub. Staffs are so nice and helpful. Need keycard to access each floor when use elevator at night time.

A bit far from subway (about 600m. from the nearest). But acceptable with this price. Refrigerator cut electricity when remove keycard. So my ice-cream melt 🫠

Honestly, great embodiment of a good hotel in Japan. It was a great stay and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone going to Osaka. Plus it’s super close to the train that goes directly to Kansai International Airport !

7 minutes walk from Ocat bus terminal. It is close enough to even carrying suitcases. The room is compact but functional. They let you leave the luggage in the lobby if there is no more space in the room.

Nothing special

The room was small but clean and comfortable. It was near Namba station that we needed to reach Koyasan. it is also right behind the very interesting Namba Yasaka Shrine. It takes about 20mns walk to reach the Dotonbori Canal.
