Very comfortable, lots of room.

The house was a great stay away from home. It has a well equipped kitchen, plenty of ways to keep us warm like bed warmers, a fireplace and a heat pump. Everything we need was provided. The staff was prompt and friendly when we ran into some issues. Supermarket and the town centre are a short walk from the house. Would love to stay here again.
Would love to have more hooks/hangers to hang our clothes.

Clean nicely presented house. Close to shops, restaurants etc. Warm and I imagine in the winter the fire will make it very cosy. Will be on the top or our list next time we are there.

Awesome location, warm and comfortable
Couple of minor points, cold tap in the bathroom needs washer replacing, air freshener in toilet empty and generally cleaners could clean right into corners.

Hallewell Haven was perfect for us as a comfortable base from which to explore the area. It was well maintained and easy and comfortable. EVerything worked! We made ourselves at home and were very comfortable. It was fun to make snow people in the back yard and in the nearby park when we woke to a winter wonderland with 20+cm of snow;) We'll look forward to another holiday with Hallewell Haven as our base. Thanks for the care and comfort.
It's minor - but maybe label the kitchen drawers with the contents? Would help in putting things back.

Lovely wood burner and plenty of wood kept the house cosy and warm.

excellent location, log burner, cleanliness, well equipped kitchen, comfy lounge, free wifi and Netflix, water pressure in shower, quick response from manager when we asked for more firewood.
Very small bedrooms, hard to get around the bed in middle of the night, the synthetic duvets. Lack of fire wood for first night, no kindling to light fire for second night.
