The room was not available until 5pm. We chose an apartment since we planned to cook our own food and obviously we could not do so the first day, so we incurred in unexpected costs. The restaurant was only available for the guests staying in the hotel, not the appartments, which complicated things greatly, mire with 2 small kids. the beds had crappy mattresses.

The staff in the indoors spielplatz was rather unfriendly, they would not let us in at 18:30 although the opening houers were until 19:00, because they has ‘a lot to clean up and it was late’

The apartment was clean and the host was very helpful. The host was thinking about everything. It was perfect for our family.
