The flat is spacious, comfortable, and clean, which made for an overall pleasant stay. The layout allows for plenty of room to relax, and the furniture is cozy and well-maintained. However, there were a few maintenance issues that detracted from the experience. The window lock was broken, which raised some safety concerns, and one of the blinds had a broken slat, making it hard to fully block out light. Additionally, the floor tiles in the blue bedroom were coming apart, which affected the otherwise neat appearance. With these repairs, this would be an ideal place to stay.

Cafe 24 Breakfast was delicious, apartment was spacious & fully equipped.
both the sofa's were too low so hard to get out of but they were comfy. end of season clean up needed & a few repairs required.

We stayed here as a quick overnighter before getting an early Channel Tunnel booking. The property is ideal for this as less than 10mins drive from the tunnel entry. Nice little property that was comfortable for our party of 4 (split across the 3 bedrooms).
The property is a little old and tired. Not sure I would have chosen it for a long week stay. Also parking on the street is very much first come first served. Thankfully we managed to get a space, otherwise the instructions were to park a few minutes away on another street.

Great location, comfortable beds & a good shower
All good for a one or two night stay but the property isn’t really equipped for a family of 5 staying for five nights. No wardrobes or alternative to hang clothes. Basic kitchen & utensils. Poor internet & WiFi connection. The property would also benefit from redecoration throughout. A little bit of investment could make ‘twenty four’ amazing.

It was home from home. Cozy feel bedrooms were lovely.
The Internet was not very good and we did knock on the TV cable so then we couldn't watch TV. My daughter did catch her finger on the toilet flush and the shower curtain pole kept falling down. My partner is an electrical engineer and noticed two of the pat tests were out of date also. And some plug sockets were not secure. Wouldn't recommend the abomination to families with more than 2 kids as all beds were double and the eldest girl 13 and youngest girl 8 did not want to share the bed. I would aim it more at 6 adults.

Clean and tidy and well equipped for a nights stay before an early ferry the next morning.

Flat was a little tired, first impression of stairway entrance was not good... lack of facilities such as cleaning products..

an effort was made to make it look homely.
A bit worn but nothing that couldn't be fixed.
The fascia of the blind fell down in the living room when opening the blind.
a few of the blinds were broken.
the blinds didn't block out the light in the evening which meant the kids took a while to get to sleep. I think the blinds should be replaced for blackout curtains in the bedroom in particular but all of them should be replaced as they have long cords and aren't suitable for small children.
the windows need double glazing as the flat is near a bar which has music on Friday and Saturday nights. again this isn't great for getting kids to sleep.
skirting boards , blinds and other places were dusty.
I didn't see a smoke alarm.
the shower curtain rail in the bathroom needs reinstalling as it's coming off the wall.
no washing up liquid, sponge or oven gloves were supplied.

It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Perfectly located in the centre of Hythe, with a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We had a takeaway one evening after a long day at Lympne Safari Park. Very cosy. Superb value for money. Tasty breakfast downstairs.

Convenient location to Hythe centre. Also to Ashford outlet centre. Good bus link to Folkestone.
Warm and cosy.......comfortable clean bedding.
Only the fact that parking is a little distance from the property. But Hythe parking is difficult. However it didn't worry us at all.

It was great to have everything in one place, the coffee machine was a lovely unexpected treat. A really welcoming feel to the apartment, felt like a home from home.

Kitchen was compact and worked for us as we were mainly eating out. Cooking for 5 may have proved taxing.
