Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage nahe der Promenade und ideal für einen angenehmen, aktiven Urlaub. Das Haus hat eine gute Ausstattung und die Kommunikation mit Eva und Rosanne funktioniert unkompliziert und schnell.

Wifi funktioniert nicht im ganzen Haus. Handtücher, Toilettenpapier und Müllbeutel sollten zum Wechseln angeboten werden. Beim nächsten Mal nehmen wir einfach Waschpulver und Weichspüler mit. Lässt sich also lösen.

The area was lovely and quiet, you could walk to the supermarket/restaurants. Centre of Playa Blanca was only 6 mins by taxi. There is a promenade you can walk the whole way to Playa Blanca (about 25 mins) and then onto the Marina Rubicon which is about another 10/15 mins. Beautiful restaurants in the Marina.

There was no hand soap in the bathrooms. Other than that everything you needed was supplied.

only had one clean on Thursday of the first week (expected on Saturday) Would have expected a second clean previous villa stays would be the norm

the steps into the pool were a little awkward and were difficult to manage

Lovely villa in a fantastic quiet location but still within walking distance local restaurants and shops. Large garden and pool gets the sun all day and is perfect for relaxing. Would most definitely return.

Property was very clean and well equiped. The pool was heated (included in the price) and crystal clear. Outdoor space was well maintained and inside furnishings mainly very comfortable.

Main bedroom bed mattress could do with renewing. Unfortunately there were no tools provided to clean the bbq so we couldn't use it. No personal touches ie books, games, dvds, CD etc maybe due to Covid. Sun beds were uncomfortable as no cushions provided.

Expensive. The villa is not that friendly for small children. There were no plastic dishes, no cots included(2 were provided at extra cost). It was lacking some of the basic stuff you find in other similar places. We had to buy: cooking oil, dishwasher tablets, sponges, washing liquid, paper towels, toilet paper (2 rolls were provided for 2 weeks stay), garbage bags, BBQ lighter. The pool was supposed to be heated, but it only had a cover to keep it warm, so for November, it was cold. A cleaner came once in 2 weeks and only did minimal cleaning, even if she couldn't do the bedrooms because the kids were asleep.

The Villa is of a very high standard and it’s location is perfect due to it’s proximity to the coastal walkway that runs from this location all the way to the centre of Playa Blanca and beyond to Papagayo.
