Very good location.

The room are nice and tidy and the beds are comfy. The hotel is not so big which gives a nice and welcoming atmosphere.

The little fridge in my room made quite some noise.

We stayed two weekends in a row in two different rooms. Both rooms were pretty and comfortable. Michael was very welcoming and helpful.

The hotel is on the main street in the German Colony, which can be noisy at night. For that reason we appreciated being put in a room away from the street our second visit.

the location is awesome

There was only 2 mins shower with hot water. and I couldn’t find any staff to complain about this. So during the 2 night stays, I took cold shower in such a winter.

mould were in a bathroom , lack of maintenance. the windows are on a street and you can not sleep at night from the noice outside.

The Bathroom is pretty small and not so comfortable. The staff wasn’t present when we wanted extra towels.

The hotel location is great. The room is clean and I was aloud to make a very late check out which was great for me

It's located above a kindergarten which has some kind of animals- the nights were awful and I couldn't sleep!

The rooms are modern and comfortable with everything we needed. The location is good for downtown and right next to the bottom of the Baha’i Gardens. Michael gave us loads of good recommendations and was super helpful and speaks perfect English. It’s also on a street with lots of good restaurants.

Most friendliest and helpful receptionist ever! Plenty of wonderful tips regarding dining, sightseeing and transportation. Beautiful room, big windows, light-blocking curtains. Amazing location, 50m to the lowest entry to the Bahai Gardens. In the German colony. Hotel has a small balcony to sit on. Plenty of good restaurants within 5 minutes reach.

The street is very noisy on Friday and Saturday night and sitting on the balcony is impossible due to the car exhausts.
