Abbiamo trascorso un fine settimana con le nostre 2 figlie , a parte che i pullman sono efficientissimi sull isola , la fermata Negombo -San Lorenzo è proprio difronte al cancello della struttura , la signora Rosa che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima , disponibilissima , la struttura troppo carina e comoda con tanto di colazione , cucina , aria condizionata ,con possibilità di cucinare in camera , siamo arrivati alle terme Negombo a piedi in 5 min e a lacco ameno centro in 10 , passeggiata piacevolissima , e con 2 sole fermate di nuovo a casa al ritorno , la prox volta che torneremo ad Ischia sicuramente sceglieremo Sweet home !

Wonderful accommodation. Our apartment was clean and had a small kitchen. There’s a washing machine on the premises. The garden has a beautiful view and citrus trees. The house is very close to the magical beach San Montano. We traveled with our two small children and they had everything they needed. There’s a nice and big playground across the street. The bus stop is right outside the house which made it easy to explore Ischia by bus. Rosa is an incredibly friendly host. She responds quickly and makes sure you have everything you need. Thank you Rosa!

Nice, simple and quiet property, close to everything that matters in Lacco Ameno. Nice landscape from the Rose’s garden, can see the Negombo cliff and also the beach.

The room was large and was in a great location conveniently located within walking distance to Negombo and Laco Ameno. Rosa checked us in and was lovely and very professional. We had a beautiful balcony and the building was quite pretty.

The beds were a little hard for our liking. There were some breakfast items in the room. The description said these would be replenished daily but they were not replenished during our 2 day stay. We did also find a spider in the room but it was clean, otherwise.

Super clean, big rooms, super location(near to Negombo terms), bus station 3 m from the haus and Rosa and her husband are very warm and friendly peoples!

The room was very nice and in a fantastic location especially if you do not have a car. It was very close walking distance to Nogombo spa and Lacco Ameno town. The bus was at the front gate of the B&B. There was a good grocery store in Lacco Ameno and there is a kitchen you can use. The host provides great coffee pods to use in the kitchen’s machine. Breakfast you make yourself. There is jam and bagged bread and also teas provided. Because you can use the kitchen and have a fridge in your room it is great. The owner was very kind. She does not live on the property you must arrange to meet her to get the key. There are only 2 white gates across the street from the bus stop when you come from Ischia town. The more solid one is the gate. On the bus stop side there is a sign dog food on a fence.If you see that the white gate is directly across. Further down the street is an enormous sign saying Nogombo. Spa.

The wi fi was weak and did not work half way during the evening. It also may have to do with the island in general as far as wi fi.

I loved staying with Rosa. The view from the terrace was sensational and the size of the rooms wad enormous. Extremely good value. Rosa could not do enough to help. One evening my friend returned to her room to find no electricity in the room. Rosa organised an electrician within an hour of my WhatsApp I would be more than happy to return to this gem if a b&b only 300mts from the glorious Ngombo Park.

A stair rail up the steps would have been great.

It had a beautifully relaxed feel to it, spotless, comfortable bed, huge mirror. The outside terrace had private tables and chairs for each room. Brilliant location to walk to Negombo and the seafront. Bus stopped outside.
