Amazing hotel. The views, the facilities, the service, cleanliness, it was perfect. It felt too expensive at first, but I don't regret one euro spent in this place. The staff were wonderful throughout the hotel, very welcoming and helpful.

The noise level!! STAY AWAY FROM THE SECOND FLOOR GARDEN VIEW ROOMS! The minute housekeeping start working on the corridor and the rooms next door, we could not get any sleep. It felt like they were inside the room with us. That took away any comfort we could get. They also tend to provide sparkling water in the room instead of still, and it was a daily hassle trying to get the complimentary choice of water changed. Also, the room was too small for 2 persons. But again, the noise level was the worst we've experienced. I can't stress on that enough!

My third trip there. wonderful location, wonderful facilities. sunset views thermal spa treatments and swims, wonderful staff. a true 5* resort. thank you all again for a wonderful time.

nothing - all was lovely

The staff were incredible and provided everything we needed. The whole resort is amazing and the numerous pools and bars and restaurants were everything we could have asked for. The location and surroundings were so stunning it felt like such a luxurious experience.

We booked for a superior double and the room didn’t feel like that. It was two single beds pushed together and the room itself was a little cramped. The view was amazing though and everything else was stunning.

This hotel is one of those that you will comeback, for more time. The facilities were perfect for relaxing, the spa was very good. The restaurant and breakfast were delicious and Ciro and Teresa did every thing in their power to make our stay e perfect time. Ahhh and the pools were incredible and Antonio was ready to help. We did enjoy it very much

Views are exceptional and all the staff were very nice. We had a private pool which was wonderful and the main pools were excellent. The location of the hotel was outstanding with great views and a convenient shuttle o get us to the town and back. The spa was also excellent and we enjoyed our massages which we has on two occasions

We liked everything except the weather was not so good. This could not be helped but the resort is set up for good weather and there is not much to do if it is raining. We did however, make use of the spa on two occasions and that was a very good experience. I also felt that the resort could have a better gym.

the infinity pool was beautiful and comfortable. Most staff was welcoming, professional and chill. Staff didn't seem as stressed as other hotels, there is a free cab service taking you to the seaside al day, very convenient.

- after we signed a very pricey check for our holiday, the concierge told us we weren't entitled to a transfer to the port (which was included on the way to the hotel) and she offered to call a taxi with a fare almost twice as the usual price (cab prices in Ischia are standard and agreed upon by law). This was an obvious rip off, and the cab -when questioned - asked for less money indeed (but still overpriced). this kind of petty rip off really makes you question why someone should spend 5K for a holiday, eat and drink in a place where everything is anyway overpriced for what it is, and then, on top of it, being disrespected and given for granted. this experience left us bitter and happy to leave to not come back.

this entire property was incredible, easily the most beautiful hotel I’ve been to- so well maintained not a plant out of place.

+delicoius breakfast +shuttle to the beach and Lacco Ameno town + outside pool and bath areas, bathropes included (but was not changed during the week) + the scenery from the top of the hill, beautyfull sunsets +gym +helpfull staff, especially 2 Girls at breakfast +beautyful gardens with atleast lemons, olives, pomegrantes, rosemary.

- really small rooms (comfort class). - rooms need a little update and bathroom need renovation. There was no counter place, where to put your cosmetics. Althought everything was clean all the time. - the rooms have thin walls, you can hier everything from the room beside your room and the corridors.

The view is spectacular. The staff was so warm, welcoming and accommodating!

You should have some soft down pillows. Also breakfast needs a lot more fruit and some ready scrambled eggs.
