The place was surprisingly clean and well kept for a beach property. Even most chain hotels have sand\dirt all over, clogged drains and signs of moisture damage. None of that was present here. The free dessert and lemonade in the fridge was a cool extra touch. Every room is given their own wagon and gear for the beach including a sand umbrella, nice chairs, toys, snorkel mask and more. The in room TVs are a good size and come with all the built in streaming services ready to use with your account.

The king mattress in my room was much more firm than I prefer and the pillows were overly soft and floppy. My preference is the opposite a soft mattress and good firm pillow. That is subjective so I cant knock it too much. The location is good but not best in the area. The beach is just across the street and St. Armands circle is about a 10 minute walk.

Breakfast was on my own... I had a studio with cooking facilities. I immediately felt right at home. Everywhere I looked was spotless, and tastefully color coordinated. All appliances appeared brand new.

I was a little baffled about the refrigerator , which didn't appear to have a freezer. There was a shelf on top that seemed to keep things much colder with an icy looking back panel... but I couldn't make my own ice... no big deal I could have asked for ice at the office, but chose not to worry about it. :) I also felt badly that I did not see the detailed information email until I got home. The check out protocol ( strip bed, gather sheets, empty trash, etc. ) came as a surprise to me... I assumed that it was standard motel protocol. Luckily, I'm a very clean and tidy person by nature, and always leave things in order... I also left a $40 tip for the cleaning crew.

Casa Limonada is so charming - decorated tastefully & beautifully. Very comfortable. Very close to the beach & near restaurants & shops on St. Armands circle. Gur was a pleasure to work with & responded promptly to my questions.

Location was ideal. Beach was right there. The room was great. Clean, well maintained facilities.

The beach equipment probably needs updating. The internet was spotty. The property was currently changing internet provider.

Room was pristine in cleanliness. Staff was exceptional accommodating all requests possible. You recieve a homemade treat, homemade lemonade and cream in the fridge.

I wish there was a pool. However the beach is just a few steps away and you are given beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and a wagon to take it all to the beach.

We were a last minute check-in for a large group of people. This hotel is more of a boutique hotel and doesn’t frequently accept last minute check-ins for large groups. Having said that, the owner came to the property personally to ensure everything went smooth demonstrating a huge show of support and dedication to the comfort of his guests. We are very grateful.

We were pleasantly surprised!!! The owner was on-site and was so sweet. The accommodations were very thoughtful. We had everything we needed for the beach! There was a complimentary cooler, wagon, beach umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, bicycles, ice, and more! The goodies in the fridge were delicious!
