We had a great stay at this home. We really enjoyed the hot tub and looking out over the pond during our very rainy stay.

We returned again this year -- same place, different time of year. Another wonderful stay. We would return again. This time, not quite as clean as last year, but still incredible stay.

Quiet lake where we could enjoy kayajing, canoeing, fishing, swimming, and relaxing! House has all amenities needed and more! Definitely recommended for families of all ages.

Overall this house worked great for two families with small kids. We loved the view, enjoyed the kayaks and fire pit, and were able to use the house as a base for other NH activities.

Had a wonderful time. Loved the downstairs area for the kids. Great place for a family vacation.

This was a great stay, house is as lovely as the pics. Kitchen was well stocked, looking at the water while drinking our morning coffee was priceless. It's a pond so those of us who didn't want to feel the bottom wore water shoes. It is shallow until you get out a bit, easy to get into. Area is great everyone was so friendly, nice places to walk around. Plan on coming back next year!

Nice property just like pictures. Best parts: very clean, lake is large and scenic with no houses across the water. Kitchen is best we’ve had as far as amenities and quality of items. Stocked with all necessities to cook any meal. Downside as shown in picture is upstairs living room has one small 1.5 seater more of an office reception loveseat and one recliner. If you are looking to hang out with more than two and relax the only space is the basement which is still a basement. Overall a beautiful space.

This week was our summer family bonding week. It was a perfect place to gather. The house had many provisions and it was very convenient and comfortable. There was a lot for everyone to do including fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, tubing. It was a great week! And the communication with the owner couldn’t have been better. I highly recommend

Wow, what a place! Great set up, both inside and outside- but our favorite was the outdoor space that this has, covered lower section /patio with comfortable chairs, hot tub, play space for little ones... and an incredible upper deck with awning for shade coverage. Beds were comfortable, heat pumps provided great indoor temperatures with the 90+ degree outdoor temps, kitchen had all we needed.. we would love to return! Pond is small, can be busy on the weekends with boats, but during the week, the pond was quiet. Loons are heard and seen. Kayaks are great to use, with easy in/out. Shallow around dock, but can get further out to swim. It is a pond.. there is pond life/plants that your feet touch and there is the occasional fish that swoops by and may surprise you!

This was my second year staying at this house. My family LOVES it here. House is excellent. Neighbors are very friendly and the lake is very quiet but big enough for tubing/skiing etc. A+++

This was my second stay. It was just as memorable this year. I became a repeat guest because of what this place has to offer. You can actually catch fish from your own dock and sizeable ones too. There are four kayaks for your use along with assorted life vests. There are various items in the shed if you should need an extra rod or fishing net and a fun basketball type game we've grown fond of playing. There is a heavy duty metal fire pit and plenty of Adirondack chairs to move around it. They even supply wooden marshmallow sticks in case you didn't bring any. The kitchen is fully stocked so all you need to do is bring your groceries and beverages. Having that dishwasher is super important while being on vacation. Washer and dryer is certainly handy,especially since your staying at a lake front property. After a day of fishing,kayaking and such it is fabulous to unwind in the outdoor hot tub. There is a bathroom on each floor which is very convenient as well as multiple televisions. We watched very little television as the weather was great and we were busy having fun. The hosts are constantly improving the property and it shows. Quiet neighborhood and not overcrowded on the water like large resorts or camps. We saw a bald eagle,blue heron along with ducks and Canadian geese within a few yards from us. Can't wait for next year.

We had an amazing stay!! Everything that could be needed was there! So spacious, great fishing, hot tub relaxation with loons in the background, a full day of water play which was PERFECT for young kids being so shallow, just fun all around! We will definitely be coming back!

Right on picturesque lake. House can accommodate many with its 4 bedrooms and plenty of kitchen/dining room/living room space. Immaculately kept. Hot tub was a nice plus with the convenience of a washer/dryer. Well stocked with kitchen utensils etc and towels and bed linens. Very pleased with our experience. Homeowners readily available by phone for any questions.

I rented this property for a surprise weekend getaway for my fiance's birthday. We had about 5-6 of our friends join us, and there was plenty of room for everyone! We loved relaxing in the hot tub, playing games together at the table upstairs, and preparing meals and eating together in the beautiful kitchen. The owners were very easy to communicate, and quick to respond. Would absolutely rent again!

We had a great time staying at this house. The house was clean and plenty of space for 7 adults. When we were ready to leave and all in our cars one of our cars wouldn't start. June and her husband were so kind and patient and kept offering for us to stay in the house till AAA got there and then we had to wait for a tow truck. Her husband was waiting to snow blow the driveway but never got upset that we were still there. Very nice people and a wonderful house. Would highly recommend anyone stay there!

The house was very clean and very cozy. We went on a very cold weekend and the fireplace kept us nice and warm. We enjoyed staying in the hot tub viewing the snowy lake. It was a nice break during winter.

Had a wonderful time unwinding this past week. The house was exactly as described! Plenty of room for my family of 4. The hot tub was fantastic. The lake was very pretty and we all enjoyed kayaking. The house is in a quiet neighborhood so we definitely had plenty of privacy. We didn't feel like there was a ton to do nearby so we often drove the 20+ minutes to Weirs Beach. (Although Jordan's Ice cream is a must and only 10 min away). Kitchen is fully stocked and we enjoyed cooking in a couple of nights. Looking forward to.coming back in the future!

We had a wonderful week with great weather at this perfect vacation home! The pond was perfect for my two young children; they were able to wade in the water, float and go fishing. Nights around the fire pit were awesome and the kitchen/living room area upstairs was the perfect place to hang out. Everything was provided; I made the mistake of bringing beach towels- there was plenty already there. The neighborhood is quiet- I felt safe letting my kids ride their bikes on the street. There's also so much to do within 30 minutes or less- hiking, Gunstock, Meredith, Weirs Beach, Funspot, etc. Thank you for your hospitality, June! You were great to communicate with!

This being my first experience with this type of accommodation, I probably will never do it again. The communication was prompt and the owner was kind DURING our stay. The house was nice and the view was beautiful. The cleanliness, on the other hand, was not impressive at all. Reading other reviews made my family and I very excited to be there, however it doesn't seem as though we had the same experience. Obviously we understand that this type of stay is not a hotel style stay, but we do pay a cleaning fee so there is definitely some expectations. When we arrived, the toilet and tub were pretty stained up with yellow rings, there was about an inch of dust on the stair ledges and ceiling fan, the screen door to the balcony was broken, and the welcome sign had adorable little figurines that were unfortunately broken as well. All of these things are pretty minuscule compared to the couch and blankets on the bottom floor smelling very strong of urine. When we reached out to the owner, they were apologetic and told us to wash the blanket ourselves and they would spray the couch when we left. I guess that is acceptable for these kind of accommodations?? We shrugged it off, stayed upstairs the rest of the time where there was a toddler size couch and one recliner for 2 families to try to enjoy a movie night. We decided to leave a day early and packed up, left towels and the linens to be washed, some dirt and grass from the lake on the stairs, assuming that was what we paid the cleaning fee for. A day later we got communication from the owner questioning how many people we had there because the house was "really bad" and there was a lot of trash. In my original request to stay, I mentioned to the owner that we were looking to enjoy an unplugged week, which worked out well because the internet stopped working anyway. But by being unplugged, we ate at the house 90% of the time, and used paper products to avoid doing dishes all day, bought toys and what not to have fun with our kids, all which created trash. We did not know that there was a limit or judgement of how much trash 2 families would make in a week. For full disclosure, we did not leave their house/business a mess. My family was very respectful to their property. We left departure dust... which we paid to do.

Clean n great roomy layout. Quiet private lake. 4 bedrooms with Family of eight never felt crowded. So relaxing inside n outside. Lots of seating outside under porch for when we had one short rain day. We all enjoyed water n fishing, especially my 4 yr old Great granddaughter. Great friendly neighbors too. Would definitely recommend to friends.

The property was clean and well-stocked for anything we might need. The neighbors were friendly the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. It was a very relaxing vacation for all of us.

We had a great time! Enjoyed swimming, fishing, and seeing wildlife. The only negative which we knew when we rented was that there is only one bathroom.

The online photos do not do this place justice. We were pleasantly surprised that it was bigger in person. The deck rails had been updated to glass so the spectacular view was unobstructed. Plenty to do and very quiet. Kayaking, my daughter brought her paddle board, lawn games as well as board games, Hot tub, fire pit, Plenty of assorted sizes of life vests and water floats. It only rained one day and we went just a short drive away to do some shopping. My daughter and granddaughter each caught their first fish. It was my first time kayaking and the first time I've stayed somewhere whete you actually catch fish off the dock and some BIG ONES too. This is the first vacation where I feel that I actually forgot about work and unplugged. My first vacation that I spent with my daughter and granddaughter. Best vacation ever. If you want to relax and make memories, this is the place.
