The rooms are beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. The staff members were friendly. The view from our room was gorgeous.

Struttura bellissima, di design, calda, accogliente, ogni elemento era da ammirare. Staff gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione. Camera molto grande, comoda, pulita e con una bellissima vista sui tetti di Porto. In occasione del mio compleanno mi hanno anche fatto spegnere le candeline, è stato davvero un bellissimo soggiorno. Posizione centralissima, davvero consigliatissimo.

La ubicación super céntrica, una de las calles principales. La habitación super cómoda y grande, limpieza impecable. El desayuno en la habitación muy bueno. Beatriz la chica de recepción encantadora y muy amable. Recomendable 100%, volveré sin duda.

The location was perfect. The staff are AMAZING. So friendly and helpful. Big hugs to Louisa, Beatrix and Dianne. Lovely breakfast each morning in our room prepared by Dianne, and a sumptuous sponge cake every evening. We will miss them!

The staff were very attentive, and held our luggage as we arrived before official checkin. There is a large breakfast menu one fills out the night before, which is beautifully served in your room on a cart. I enjoyed eggs, yogurt, chia seeds, and tea - most of which I was surprised to find available. The location is excellent - Bolhao market is just two blocks away, which is a wonderful way to spend your spare time. Restaurants everywhere.
My room was situated over a shoe store that blared disco music all day until 8 p.m. or so. I arrived two days early for my Camino walk in order to shake off the jet lag - but it was impossible to rest with the shaking of the music in my room. Was told no other rooms available, had to live with it.

The staff were very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The cafe and tea/coffee in the afternoon was a lovely surprise. It was very easy to get to from the airport, using the metro.
The hot water didn't come on until 7 am. The light in the bathroom illuminated the bedroom.

This hotel made our visit perfect. It was so clean and gorgeous, was in a perfect location, and the staff were extremely helpful. The price for a room was also amazing. I would 100% reccomend this place to anyone looking to travel to porto.

Its a boutique hotel but the room for two people is really just way too small, even if you were a married couple. Bathroom glass, though frosted, is not adequate.

The place is great. Stuff is very welcoming and helpful, rooms are big and clean, breakfast is tasty. The place has great location, you don't have to drive anywhere to see what Porto has to offer. If someone doesn't like the stairs, it's not a place for you ;) If I come back, I'll definitely pick Santa Catarina FLH Suites once again :)

The location was perfect, just few minutes from the rail station Sao Bento. We came around noon and could leave our luggage there, do a check-in and the staff gave our luggage into the room when it was cleaned. We were offered coffee and porto wine. The room was clean, with nice view to the city, modern equipped. There was a coffee machine in each floor to make a coffee any time. The breakfast was served to the room. The personnel was very helpful all the time, they took my luggage downstairs when we leave.

Excellent customer service Andreis at reception was extremely helpful, nice city view, clean and modern! Great location too!!! Delicious breakfast in the room.
As it is an old building you basically can hear people upstairs going to the toilet or walking.
