The property was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Had a very nice garden.

Traffic noise was the only negative point.

The lady that owns it is lovely and rang before we went and then at the end of the stay to check we were ok. There are 2 big light airy doubles bedrooms which were very comfortable - downstairs was a twin room which was a bit less so but if it was 2 children they would be fine. It was clean, well equipped, sky TV, WiFi, downstairs toilet, an enclosed back garden and dog friendly (as long as they’re not left there unattended and are managed responsibly) getting across the busy road to the shop was a little challenging but other than that location wise you are a stones throw from the beach plus Seaford and can easily get to other local activities etc from there. It is quite dated in the house but it’s clean, comfortable and felt like a home so thank you and would stay again

Just the busy road in front - there’s still a front garden, gate and a path before you reach it so it’s not dangerous from that point of view
