excellent facilities. fantastic layout. clean inside and outside. close to the beach - 10 minutes walk. we will definitely stay again. highly recommended

Everything was excellent

Property was spotless, location was great. was great having washing machine and air conditioning. very secure and safe area. locals are very friendly and helpful. staff at hotel Madrid were super helpful, short 10minute walk to beautiful beach. Pool was very clean and as pictures on booking.com. Smart TV was great size. two balcony’s in townhouse and also small roof terrace. Would highly recommend.

Maybe more storage for clothes in bedrooms as there was no wardrobes or chest of drawers.

We needed to pay a taxi driver to bring the keys to the location even though we arrived exactly at the time we agreed on

They took money from our card without permission and then don't reply on any emails afterwords.

We stayed few years ago and property was cleaner. Its spacious, nice pool for a quick dip, parking. Easy check in and check out .

No hooks in the bathroom , no bath mats. Had to use towels on the floor to avoid it getting wet. Floors were not clean. No welcome pack or instructions. we weren’t sure if we had to take our rubbish or leave it . however there were no new bin bags. poor storage in bed rooms. Sitting area sofa dirty. pillows worn and flat. seems like owners are not receptive to customer feedback and most of them raise same issues.

Townhouse was in residential area and only a short walk to the beaches. Everything accessable and supermarkets within walking distance Loved that it was only 4 houses using the pool area We had a minor issue and they attended promptly and sorted it for us. Good communication Would deffo book again great holiday let

Shame there was no furniture in the front terrace like in the photos Also as on numerous other comments no full length mirror, storage in bedrooms or thicker curtains in front bedroom but wouldn't put us off going again

the property was large and spacious. water pressure was good so the showers were great. location to main shops/ bars and beach and was a short walk away.

the property needs a deep clean. floors were filthy, we all had really dirty feet! pool area also needs a hood scrub! tiles and grout in the pool were green.

We liked the pool, the rooftop even tho it wast clean, the beds but one of the rooms didnt get any air-conditioning, the one that stayed downstairs could use the ac downstairs to cool down his room. But all in all pretty great experience and it was good to have the extra bathroom and the smart TV and the washing machine was a blessing.

The only thin that comes to mind was the three dogs next door but that's it I think 🤔. But it didn't really bother me but some of the other guests were complaining

Lovely, modern property, 6 seater table and chairs, size of showers good, patio table for 6 and large parasol. 2 bathrooms, one downstairs. Pool and children's pool. Picked position of property to be near family who live nearby. Local bars, supermarket not too far. Great promenade on the seafront.

Bath towels very small, no welcome pack (e.g. at least milk, water). Downstairs bedroom a little compact. Distance from seafront, hilly for disabled people.

Good location

The ground floor bathroom was leaking. There is no ventilation in the bathroom. It was raining for two days and one bedroom was leaking through the sliding window doors and all bedroom was full with water. Had to mop the floor every 5 minutes. Also very very uncomfortable beds and pillows. But that might be not an issue for those who like hard beds. Towels were worn out. Maybe they were clean, but didn' feel fresh. Not at least one hanger hook for towels in the bathroom. Had to leave wet towels on the shower glass or in the drawer!!! It's an apartment with kitchen, but many many uttensiles were missing. It can accomodate up to 6 persons, but only 5 cups, one wine glass, 4-5 glasses. Also it says in the describtion that no parties allowed, but our neighbours from side apartments (we were in the middle) had a big party on friday night until 3a.m. As there is no reception, so no one to ask about that. As for a holiday with kids, that 12 people party with paper walls was confusing. No sound proof, so you can hear every little chat or noise. Also the bathroom after shower was full of water (bad draining). The staff however was very helpful and as there was no wine opener, they brought it and wine glasses in an hour.

Good bed, clean bedsheets. Heating worked well. Clean apartment. Good showers. Spacious rooms.

The key we received was not good to open the main gate door we had to use car parking gate and the lock didn’t work well. TV didn’t work properly,but was not an issue to us as being out often. No supermarket in walking distance,but for us was nota big issue

Got to the apartment, it was sparkling clean. There is towels provided and a fully kitted kitchen so we were able to cook. However, the room downstairs had a case of ants in the blankets. We were lucky enough that we did not need this room as there were only 4 of us. There is any spray in the kitchen so we used this at the door frames and we do think that this helped. Overall, a lovely property, 10 minutes walk to the beach. Near punta prima and La Zenia by taxi.

Modern, clean and beautifully decorated. Easy to park and easy to drive to some great beaches close by.

Air conditioning only in the main bedroom and living room. No shutters and curtains are thin so the sun wakes you. Booking.con states no pets but the host allows dogs and you can hear them through the walls. Our experience of a group of friends taking over the pool area and basically having a pool party until 6.30 am (complete with them throwing the deckchairs in the pool, playing drum and base so loudly and constant shouts and screams) made for a particularly unpleasant final night.
