The apartment is in a great location in Naples - very central and close to everything but the street is not too busy/noisy. The host was very friendly and helpful and provided recommendations for our stay in the city. The apartment has good amenities provided and there are shops and cafes very nearby.

Our only suggestion would be AC in the second bedroom would have made it more comfortable.

Massimiliano è carinissimo ed iper attento. Sempre disponibile in caso di bisogno e a dare consigli utili. Io viaggiavo con mia mamma che ha quasi 80 anni e una sua amica. Il giorno della partenza ci ha fatto la gentilezza di permetterci di rimanere più del dovuto visto che il nostro treno era alle 17:30 del pomeriggio. Questa gentilezza ci è stata proposta all'arrivo in quanto per il giorno della nostra partenza lui non avrebbe avuto altri ospiti. Neanche farlo apposta, quel giorno diluviava e ne abbiamo approfittato per fare riposare mia mamma un po', prima delle 4 ore di treno per tornare a casa. I letti sono comodissimi, la doccia grandissima, in cucina non manca nulla. Inoltre l'appartamento è arredato veramente bene, con tutti i confort e disposto in maniera da rendere l'ambiente accogliente. Se dovessi tornare a Napoli per la quinta volta, tornerei sicuramente qui.

The apartment is well-appointed with essential amenities, including even an iron and a vacuum cleaner! :D The amazing coffee added an extra touch to our stay. While some guests may complain about the noise, we believe it's an integral part of Naples' charm. If you're seeking tranquility, Naples might not be the ideal destination for you! However, embracing the lively ambiance adds to the unique charm of this city. Residenza Maranto is the perfect choice if you want to immerse yourself in the heart of Naples' vibrant atmosphere and be at the center of all the city has to offer!

Departamento cómodo, buenas camas, todo lo necesario en la cocina, buena presión del agua, limpio, Massimiliano es un excelente anfitrión, se dio el tiempo de explicarnos dónde estaban los lugares interesantes, dónde comer, con un mapa y todo.

Está a algunas cuadras del Metro, se hace un poco difícil llegar con las maletas hasta el lugar. Cuando nos fuimos decidimos tomar un taxi desde ahí hasta la estación de tren Napoli Centrale y tuvimos que pagar 20 euros.

Posizione strategica x visitare Napoli , comoda la stazione della metro, mini market e pizzerie dove poter gustare una pizza a due passi.

We loved absolutely everything. Everyone had enough room, comfortable beds, clean, spacious rooms, and a kitchen with all the necessary appliances and more. We were provided free of charge with a few bottles of water in the fridge and coffee pods when we arrived, which was very helpful as it was our first trip to Naples and we arrived at almost midnight. Massimiliano is excellent, besides helping us with the transfer, he also provided us with an extensive list of the places to eat, tourist attractions, and guidance on how to get there using public transport. That was extremely helpful. I would definitely stay again when I'll return to visit Naples.

No complaints, everything was great. Maybe a small suggestion would be to add a mirror to the second room. Other than that there is nothing else that comes to mind.
