Property was large and clean and a great location. Given the unseasonable cooler weather we experienced in November, a heater outdoors (e.g. gas upright) might have been nice and I am sure would be well used in cooler months as the backyard is fabulous.

The house was a perfect size for our family. The house had everything we needed and the back yard was great for kids. it is in such a perfect location for the beach and the daily coffee van.We will definately be booking there again

perfect accommodation for our 3 generational family for a birthday celebration! great location just a couple of steps to the jetty where kids could have a little paddle or a fish or a play on the playground. good walk into town to get your steps up. house had everything we needed. having a big garden for the kids was great. lots of nature around too. we had friendly magpies and 28s, possums in the trees and a fair few lizards! we had the best week! thank you!

Two story with big main bedroom with ensuite upstairs, plus another room with queen bed upstairs with bathroom across the hall. All other bedrooms on the lower level. Lovely top lounge area for a big group gathering indoors to watch TV or sit with drinks and nibbles. Best part of the home, the outdoor undercover deck and huge garden. Sit outside under the main patio and relax on the outdoor setting or sit outside and have lunch/dinner under the undercover patio large outdoor dining table. It's a great summer beach house, location is right on, not opposite the water but a quick walk down the hill to the old boat ramp. Ocean glimpse from main bedroom bathroom window. It's a cold house, air conditioning in different rooms but not all rooms. Property is getting tired. Kids rooms/bunks a bit drab, laundry drab with a 1970's clothes dryer. All beds incredibly uncomfortable matresses for adults. Kids beds not much better. Needs some soft furnishings as hard floors throughout the home. Could benefit from a log fire in doors. Has a great pizza oven out the back and an outdoor gas heat portable which made it nice to sit outside in the cooler month of June. Kitchen well equiped. Pod coffee machine. Overall a lovely home, we had a very enjoyble stay.

What an amazing house. Kids loved the back yard along with the short walk to a beautiful beach, which has food vans at night.

This home is great for holidays near the beach. Our holiday was ruined by 5 day lockdown but can not take anything away from this residence

Was a great area to stay. Lovely garden area and bank patio which was perfect for Christmas time. Downstairs bedrooms were a little bit warm at night due to no aircon but fans were supplied. Would highly recommend for families.

This property has all you need to spend time with friends and family.

We rented this property for four nights, with two families (4 adults and 4 children) and it accommodated us comfortably. Having three bathrooms was very convenient. The large undercover outdoor area was pleasant. The Silver Bullet coffee van operates from a carpark at the beachfront just a short stroll down the hill.

What a fantastic house, great location. We have just had a week here with our children and grandchildren, we were all very comfortable in the home, we spent a lot of time in the wonderful back garden with beautiful green lawn to lay around on with the kids. The house was very well set up, you wanted for nothing, it is all here. We will be back

We really enjoyed our stay. We were two families with small kiddies and the house was perfect for us. Beautiful Garden fully enclosed and safe for little ones to play in. So close to the beach and a little playground at the end of the street. I would definitely stay here again
