COZY HOUSE IN LA GARITA. NEAR THE AIRPORT, RURAL AREA, POOL, PRIVACY & SERENITY
Bienvenue à la Villa Soledad. Situé dans une propriété de 2200 mètres carrés, dans la belle communauté appelée Lagos del Coyol. Très proche des communautés de La Garita et Atenas.
La maison est sur un étage, dispose de 3 chambres à coucher, 3 salles de bains. Capacité d'accueil 8 personnes.
Les jardins sont magnifiques, le ranch est l’espace idéal pour se détendre, passer un après-midi de détente et se divertir en famille ou entre amis.
Il a un beau ranch, une piscine et un mini terrain de football synthétique. Regardez la galerie de photos et appréciez pourquoi nous sommes tombés amoureux de la Villa Soledad.
La cuisine est équipée pour qu'ils puissent préparer leurs plats préférés. Il dispose d'un réfrigérateur en acier inoxydable. Il a également un bar et nous avons une table pour 6 personnes.
La maison dispose d'un accès Internet haut débit, ce qui permet aux clients de rester en contact avec leur famille ou d'effectuer certaines tâches tout en profitant de leurs vacances. Il dispose également de la télévision par satellite, avec de nombreuses chaînes de divertissement, sur les deux écrans disponibles.
Les chambres sont confortables et ont une avec un lit queen et les autres avec des lits doubles. Nous avons également un canapé-lit disponible qui peut être utilisé si nécessaire.
Que diriez-vous de faire un barbecue sur le gril à gaz dans la région du ranch? Nous avons à votre disposition un barbecue à gaz, où vous pourrez préparer vos plats grillés préférés.
Vous devrez profiter de la piscine, où vous pourrez passer de grands moments et prendre un bain de soleil. Dans cette région de la Garita, le soleil est magnifique.
La région de La Garita jouit d'un emplacement privilégié. Elle se trouve à proximité de toutes les merveilles du Costa Rica, telles que les forêts tropicales, les cascades, les volcans, l'océan Pacifique, les fermes à papillons, les plantations de café, etc. C'est une zone sûre avec de nombreux restaurants qui offrent des prix Tico. We loved the location of the home and felt safe in the neighborhood. Our kids loved the property and were never bored, due to the amazing pool, pool table, and soccer field. It was a fabulous place and we will definitely recommend it to our friends.

Check in was great as the host had someone meet us to show us around. From there we felt our privacy (gated property) and relaxation in the beautiful landscaping by pool or patios in the mornings and after a busy day of touring. It was a great location with traditional restaurants within a few miles and a small market on the corner for easy groceries/ snacks. We even one night walked to the corner bar and had a drink:). The kitchen could use some care in organization and supplies but after all, we weren’t really there to cook- but we did make breakfasts each morning in the kitchen and there was a nice, new and clean fridge! Beds were comfortable as well.

The state was lovely however we had to cut our vacation short due to a death in the family. We left a day earlier and I've been trying to contact someone about a possible refund can someone please contact me?

Views and yard were spectactular but there was trouble in paradise. The neighbors dogs barked often and sometimes through the night, their rooster started crowing at 3:00, the showers looked great but water came out of everywhere but the head, thelarge sliding glass door had a gap underneath and tons of bugs came in at night, appliances were old didn't work well.

There were two issues that were not great about the property or stay there. One is that it had many termites and when you had lights on inside the property they were all over the place. Plus many ants inside the house at night. There was a shower problem and the maintenance person came in and fixed it somewhat...the water came out a little better but not great. Outside of those two issues it was a beautiful place and would consider staying there again if these issues were corrected.

We rented this property while we wanted to visit Alajuela, San Jose and Poas/La Paz. It was a short drive to all these locations (less than 1h) so this house was perfect. It was a bit big for us as we were only 2 but the location was great. It is in a small, quiet neighborhood and there’s a market with everything you may need just down the road. It’s also close to ‘La Fiesta del Maiz’ which has great local food options for a really cheap price. If we were to go back in this area, we would probably rent this property again.

This was our second stay at this property. It fits our family needs perfectly and is such a beautiful location. It would be great to see the kitchen faucet updated and a full set of pots and pans but otherwise we love the area and great communication with the owner and property manager. We look forward to returning next year!

The manager of this property or owner was awesome he did everything to make us feel home and what not. But the property isn't what the pictures project. We ran into more than a few issues that he was willing to deal with but my group was not. I would say if you're just looking to lay your head and go go go then you're fine but if you're looking to lounge at the property and get in the pool and enjoy the garden that didn't happen. Again this is nothing about the owner as he was awesome but this place is a 3 star at best if I am being honest like I wish someone would have been as we read the comments before.

We really enjoyed our stay. Having been to Costa Rica many times, we wanted to be located closer to San Jose instead of the Pacific Coast. We knew it was the rainy season but it only rained late in the day. In fact we had sun every morning until mid afternoon . It would be a great home for a family or group. Plenty of room and close to great restaurants and ease of shopping. Victor is a most gracious host and kept us informed of any projects or maintenance that was scheduled. We give the home 5 stars and will return on another trip to CR. Pure Vida!

Staying at this place was like having your own little resort! The property was very well kept. Beautiful landscaping and pool. Great for pics. The pictures they show you are right on! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend AND return to it!

Nos gusta mucho la propiedad, es muy linda, hay mucho que hacer (piscina, pool, futbol, etc.) Es tranquila. Es la segunda vez, que vamos.
Solo un consejito, deben darle un poco más de mantenimiento a la casa en sí, sobretodo a los muebles (tienen comején) y se les puede dañar

Always showed up when I needed help with a question. We used the pool and soccer field on a daily bases. We used Luz on several occasions to cook for our family (delicious food, spread and they cleaned up all the dishes after) I guess the only thing I can complain about were the neighbors dogs. They barked all the time. But nonetheless the grounds are amazing! Thank you for such a great experience Victor!

Simple and beautiful
The property is beautiful, once you find it the first time it’s easy to get back to. Everyone from the property owner to the gardener was extremely nice and helpful. The only downside is the bathrooms, bring shower shoes and keep in mind it’s the rain forest. But other that that the pictures don’t lie it’s breathtaking.

The unique and pleasant noise comes from the rare wild life all around us. Secluded from the city chaos but close enough to go visit.

Pool, Pool Table, BBQ and Soccer Field what more do you need!
I found it hard to believe all of those amenities were for a single property, but they are! This property is by far the best value I’ve seen in the area and trust me I looked at them all.
My wife and I took some of extended family for a short vacation. We live about 30 minutes away and found the property very easy to get to and not far off the main highway. Victor (owner) met us early and showed us around the property. He explained how everything worked and left us to it. Everyone loved being in the pool during the day and playing billiards at night. We had everything we need to cook our meals inside, but for lunches and dinners we cooked on the gas BBQ. The kids used the soccer field which had a ball provided. All the rooms have air conditioning which worked very well. The property is surrounded by a 10-foot wall for added privacy and security. The checkout process was super easy. The cleaner was there by 10AM so we were able to pack up and be on our way, but it wasn’t rushed.
Would rent this property again!

Great for a family Gathering place
The grounds of this home are beautiful. It is perfect children . The soccer fields , jumper , beautiful pool and pool table will keep the kids entertained all day . The outdoor kitchen Is wonderful with comfortable seating for just enjoying the surroundings or having cocktails while the kids play.
There is no dishwasher or hot water in the kitchen so paper plates are the only way to go. Out of the three bathrooms only one has barely Luke warm water. Victor did send a maintenance person over to show us how to get the water to lukewarm . The main room in the house is large and spacious.
The reason to rent this house is because of the grounds and landscaping. .
The gate makes the house very secure.
We stayed 3 weeks in this home and visited Lapaz ware falls ( a must) Tabocon thermal resort is amazing. You can spend all day in the volcano heated river and falls .
We stayed two weekends one Arenal Resort and Spa and one at Zephyer Palace both out of this world but better for couples .
We saw over 30 scarlet MC Caws in the town of Tarcoles on the pacific coast side . Take the time for this. If you drive through the town until the road turns to dirt you will hear them. We saw white faced Monkeys and McCaws in Carara National park.
We had a magical time.

LOVED and Ready to Book Again!
The property was more than accurate. Victor and his wife stayed pretty late at the property to welcome us and show us all the amenities. They also were easily accessible during our stay for any questions.
This truly is an amazing home with FABULOUS grounds! I already logged in to re-book for Spring Break, but someone already took it (boo). Oh well, then we'll be coming for summer!
