I like how the staff is super friendly & always willing to help.
This is for sure a personal preference. But, I extremely dislike the smell of whatever the cleaning fluid is that is used to clean in the lobby. I think it is Fabuloso(?) it is too strong.

The property was well taken care of and clean. Every staff member we came in contact with was kind and helpful. The breakfast bar was hot and fresh. Our room was a decent size and was clean :)

The breakfast was great we came for my son birthday so he could swim and he enjoyed himself. Long he was happy I was happy.

We left fairly early. The breakfast was supposed to be ready at 6:30 We left at 6:40 and it was not ready. The staff was nice when we checked in. The staff in the morning were apathetic at best.

The staff was very kind and helpful and the room and beds were great!
The directions once you got off the exit where confusing and the floors had a film on then that was tacky. So they were clean but also felt not clean.

we were there while it was decorated in fall, and got some good family ops, and then the day after thanksgiving, we got some good pics, with the grands and the christmas tree and deco... thank you!
i had a suite, the floors were nasty! they need to be mopped!!!!! we could not go barefooted at all... had to have shoes on to go from the bed to the bathroom! we had to take a wet washcloth to the bed with us, to wash our feet b4 we got into the bed... it was that bad.
AND, the 2 luggage rolling carts, were NEVER available for us...

The accepted our small dog at a very nice new like facility at no extra charge. We use this Best Western before and we’ll continue to.
