Location and the view were wonderful! Apartment was clean.
Some basic supplies like trash bags and paper towels should be on hand for short term rentals. Unable to sleep with open windows due to street noise.

No real issues. Some of the bathroom bits n pieces a bit dated, roll holder rusty for example. Shower water temp coming and going at times. I felt its a little over priced…

The sea view was amazing. The apartment was also well equipped and clean with all the essential amenities.
The television internet access was not stable however, the Wi-Fi network for other gadgets was very good.

This apartment is beautiful. Spotlessly clean, cosy & had everything we needed. Slept 6 adults comfortably as the sofa turned into best sofa bed I've ever slept on. Very central location - 10 min walk to shops & restaurants The parking space in the basement car park was handy too. Watching the boats come & go from the harbour was an added bonus. Would highly recommend.

Close proximity to the ships at the port was an interesting experience. Apartment was near Union Square and Union Street. Easy access to shops and supermarket.
The front door to the building (at the ground level) was a bit difficult to open at times.

The apartment was very well kitted out. Quite enjoyed the location and the staff were responsive to our communications. The main bedroom was the one that I had and I found the bed rather uncomfortable. T. So that’s why I’m not giving five stars. The bed in the second bedroom was comfortable The views out over the harbour were fantastic. When the windows and balcony door were open the breeze through the apartment was excellent! The water pressure in the showers was excellent, and nice toiletries were provided. This sealed welcome letter with the little surprise we’re just an added bonus.
It was not the apartment itself but the building seem to have an issue with lighting, there were no lights in the entranceway or near the elevators.

Fantastic apartment, plenty of thought & effort by the management to provide the best experience possible. All of our needs were well catered for. The apartment was spotless & in a great location...a very short walk into the heart of the city & 10 mins to Aberdeen’s fantastic beach. We will be returning to Aberdeen & hope this apartment is available for our stay. 5 star rating from us, well done & Thankyou.

The flat was clean.
Very noisy flat as it looks onto a working 24 hour Harbour with tankers and their GENERATORS are on 24 hours. See pictures. Very difficult to get any sleep in either bedroom.
Booked flat as a previous review said Very Quiet but we even left after 3 nights had booked 4.
Poor double glazing !!
Hot water bath tap has very restricted water flow.
Wouldn't return.

Great accommodation and very comfortable. The view was over a harbour with a ferry leaving once a day and other boats coming and going. Whilst not exactly a sea view it was an interesting one. Its walking distance from the city centre.

The allocated parking space was very useful as there is very little on street parking.
The hot water tap on the bath was unusable. It appeared to have been deliberately disabled.
No ambient lighting in the living area and the ceiling light was very bright,

The Apartment as a whole was very well put together, the balcony and view is great. We had a fantastic time staying there, and would definitely book again.
The only issue we really had was that the lift was not working, the only reason it was a problem is that my sister who was with me has an artificial leg so the 4 floors of stairs brought some discomfort to her. As when we booked we checked if it was accessible and if there was a lift, and it was one of the reasons we picked the apartment. it’s not the end of the world but it would have really been nice if we were notified.

Fantastic apartment in great location, quick to beach and shops. Little cafe for breakfast near by and a little Tesco. The apartment itself was faultless really, had everything you needed and was really cosy. Washing machine was a boost and having the balcony was just great esp for the kids. Comfy beds, good sleeps all round . Didn’t have any issues working the tv and Netflix after sussing it out which did take a while but got all channels and soaps as well . Both bathrooms were really clean and everything was working as it should have been, deep bath was good . Parking was so easy and just made everything easy, simply use a fob and get to car park and straight up on a lift. It was really was just fab, cleanliness was 10/10. The hosts communication was great- replied within minutes to any message . Thanks 😊
I would definitely put a lamp into the living room / kitchen - just my personal taste for the evenings . There are 2 lamps in each bedroom so I took one through to the living room and just put it back when I left so really no problem.
And maybe some bigger towels for larger people 😃

Convenient to shops and embarking on cruise
Washing machine took 5 hours for one cycle and vibrated the whole apartment

Free easy to find and use car park.
Full kitchen facilities. Everything spotless. Welcome present of shortbread. The two bedrooms were quite far apart with 2 decent bathrooms. Ideal for leisure or in my case for myself and a colleague.
Could do with new towels from day 3
Not able to lock the balcony doors from the inside. Not a big deal as in floor 4 but didn’t feel 100% secure.
