6th time coming to the sea side villas, absolutely perfect! price is good, facilities are clean. short walk to the circle.

Right on the beach with ocean view off the balcony. Close to shops and restaurants.
1.Very loud air conditioning unit located inside master bedroom closet. The unit turns on and off on a cycle even louder, waking us up many times through the night.
2. Not stated in advertisement; A supporting column located very oddly in master bedroom right between the bed and the bathroom door, making inevitable bumping into it, which is a safety hazard.
3. Bed pillows were yellow and old.
4. Kitchen: plastic melamine plates only available, which are not safe for hot food. Old burnt and scratched nonstick pots and pans.
5. Master bathroom hand held shower not working.
6. Master bathroom sink drains slowly.
7.Broken beach umbrella. Super rusty old unusable beach chairs.
8. Kitchen table has sticky surface, not improved by cleaning it. Had to buy a table cloth to be able to use the table.
Kitchen chairs - only 3 for a family apartment, old, shaking, very uncomfortable.

cozy condo with extra beach chairs, toys and umbrella. easy beach access and 2 great pools - deep enough for teens and shallow enough for toddlers. easy parking, elevators and plenty of carts for transporting luggage. met our relaxing needs.
housekeeping hadn’t changed bedding and there were no sheets for pullout couch the first night. dropped off clean bedding day 2. Wi-Fi never worked with password provided. Vacasa said internet was down then back up, but password never worked.

advertised as 2 bedrooms- it is not. one bedroom and 4 beds in a hallway at the front door. was not made clear that this was the set up.

The location was perfect! We loved that we could walk to Coligny Plaza each night for supper. The beach was a short walk away. The room was clean. The size of the room was perfect for our young and growing family!

Stylish. Convenient location. Matched the website pictures. Good kitchen utensils, layout is very livable. Air conditioning and fans made it super comfortable. Lamps with bright lights!
Washer was broken. Light bulbs out. Vented laundry door full of dust. Roaches in hall bathroom.

The property was very clean, well-maintained, and so comfortable. The condo was spotless and decorated so nicely, it was very inviting and felt like home! The pool was great and we enjoyed the very short walk to the beach. I would recommend this location and especially condo 176 to anyone (could be small for families, but perfect for couples).

We loved the location being right there on the beach. It was very convenient. The size of the apt was perfect. I'll be back soon.
I didn't like the cleaning fee, which made the price a lot more. I also didn't like that I couldn't see the ocean from the apt.
