amazing stay!! we LOVED the staff, very friendly, approachable and would go all the way to make sure all clients are happy with their stay. the GM was present almost all the time making sure everything runs smoothly at the property. front desk ladies were very helpful, Mr. Nikos at the bar was a very wonderful person to chat with and enjoy a coffee break!! the location of the hotel is perfect, in the heart of plantanias, close to everything but sill in a private spot to enjoy calm private atmosphere the rooms are very nice, clean and have all the amenities you need!

it’s not a 5 stars hotel! receptionist didn’t care to help us or give us options! AirCondition wasn’t working well the room really hot!

Clean and well designed facilities. Very kind and friendly staff. The staff is really what made our stay so great! The room includes everything you might need. The place is quiet, so you can get a good rest at anytime and as the hotel is not located at the main street there are no noises during the night. The quality of the food is excellent and there is a wide variety of food for breakfast. Notwithstanding it gets pretty full, it is very well organised and the staff will prepare a table for you. You get a whole jar of good quality coffee at your table. The items of the buffet are being replaced as soon as they are finished. If not so, the staff will take care of this if you ask them. Nice variety of fresh and tasty fruits. The bar is conveniently located in front of the playground for the parents/carers to relax and have a drink while the little ones play. You will find amazing cocktails (with and without alcohol), fresh local beer and nice snacks. The property has a private beach and there are showers smartly installed just before coming back to the complex to avoid bringing sand with you. The temperature of the pools is just perfect and there is a lifeguard on duty. Customer service was exceptional. Good quality in everything and everywhere!

Mattress was too soft. It doesn't feel great with high temperatures.

The hotel is very nice, close to the beach. The staff is friendly and willing to help all the time. We enjoyed our stay. 😊

Pool area was too small for the number of guests which meant sun beds were usually unavailable.

Inconvenient joined beds with bed bugs, tiny room. A lie from the reception about the possibility of extending the check-out time, they said that I would be able to extend it until 18:00, and finally I stayed with my child without a room from 11:00.

We loved the location being on the beach. so nice to have the option of beach or pool. Loved having the breakfast option added. the room was spacious and very nice view of pool area.

The rooms are not as expected. A sea view suite wasn’t exactly a sea view you can barley see the sea. Room service food was horrible. Staff are not trained for a 5 star hotel. I rate it as 3 or 4 star hotel.

Very good breakfast and the girl who is in the reception for the breakfast is so lovely. Great location.Beach in front of the hotel with sunbeds for the guests.

Very clean and well maintained. Staff were polite and accommodating. Good standard of safeguarding both for the premises (cleaners, repairs etc) and people (life guards).

Our taxi on arrival was not booked. Traveling with children late at night following plane delays, left us in a state of anxiety.

Everything was excelent. Perfect located, the restaurant is 20 meters away from the sea, if you fall from your room you hit the beach. Clean, well furnished, very good service, everything was spot on.

Just if I struggle a lot to complain about something, it’s the lack of an extendable sofa from the family room

We liked the room - we stayed at first floor and had a partial sea view (in front of our room was the restaurant). The personnel is very kind. The location is very good, especially if you have a rented car (free parking available). The bed is comfy, but the pillow is hard. The hotel is very clean.

There is not fresh orange juice, just juices at automatic machine. The breakfast can be more varied. It is better to find the beach towels in the room, not in the hotel’s supermarket (depending on opening hours). I would prefer a swiming pool with warm water.

5 stars for a 5 stars hotel made and managed by people that let you to feel at home in every moment. We've been cuddled from the beginning until the end of our stay by all the amazing staff of Porto Platanias Beach Luxury Selection. The structure is new, minimal, luxury, very well kept and with daily maintenances. Our room was gorgeous, very large, quiet, clean and with a fantastic view of the swimming pool. I suggest you to enjoy breakfast and meals of this hotel because they're rich, fresh, varied and able to satisfy every taste. Absolutely amazing trip. The staff were so helpful and friendly especially Camille and Lina and Demetrius they are a credit to the team! We only booked breakfast, which was plentiful and a great variety. The pool and beach were simply fabulous i will definitely be returning with my family.

The view from the rooms with private pool included, perhaps you could do more to make more private and less visible to others. Maybe even a heater to warm the water :-)

Hotel was very clean and atmostphere very nice. We got our room very quickly although we checked in very early in the morning. Most of the staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety.

Wifi worked quite poorly in the pool area and even in room balcony.

The SPA and massages are pleasant. Breakfast is in average.

Outdated room with disfunctional bathroom. Matteesses were really old. Very unconfortable. Very formal yet not careful service. Dined once: quality of an office canteen. Beach is dirty.
