The woman who gave us the keys works in the luggage storage shop right next door so came out to greet us as soon as we arrived. She was very helpful in showing us the unit and explaining things to us, including places to eat while we were there. The unit was very secure, both from the street and from the hallway outside. Everything we needed for preparing breakfast was available. Loved the fact that the unit had a washer/dryer. It did not dry as well as what we expect in the US, but we could hang things up and there were drying racks. Worked great!! We were very close to the main attractions of Florence, which was the best part.

I am 6'7" (200 cm) so the stairs up to the bedrooms were a little challenging to negotiate, and there was low headroom in parts of the bedrooms and bathrooms. But it was a small price to pay!

Location was great close to train station and the duomo. We were greeted by the woman downstairs from Apartment she had a left luggage business. She showed us around the apartment. The apartment was really Nice.

The staircase up to the bedrooms was a little scary for us. No railings, we did not carry our luggage up, just took a few things at a time as needed.

It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and within walking distance from everything on our itinerary.

The hot water didn’t work before 9am, and we had early starts to our mornings, so we were forced to shower in cold water.

The place was perfect and went beyond what we thought we were getting. The shower was great along with the small kitchen which we used only for breakfast but had everything we needed. Close to everything and everywhere we went. Would go there again if we choose to go back.

The apartment was lovely ..near everything… have to say the pillows were fabulous…

The apartment was very cold …I really think an extra heater would help also handrails on the stairs would be great …

Excellent location, very central to most places of interest and within easy walking distance of others. Large and comfortable apartment, with good facilities. Very quiet inside the apartment inspite of the central location.

We stayed for a week so could have done with extra towels and sheets.

This property was ideal due to the location, it’s style and everything you need.

The first night we were all going to bed and my daughters came into my room and told me there were ants in their room. I walked in and they were everywhere!! So my kids had to all sleep in our room. I phone the owner and they told me they would sort them out next day. Next day we went out and they phoned me up and told me they had hoovered them up and left a Hoover by the door for me to hoover them if I see any more. They just kept coming out of the skirting boards, it was an infestation. They didn’t even offer any compensation for the ordeal and this Appartment wasn’t cheap. So if you’re into ant farming this is the place for you.

The location is amazing.close to everywhere.Apartment looks exactly like in the photos.kind staff.Very recommended!!!
