Perfekte Lage mit Blick auf den See und sehr ruhig. Tolles Appartement mit großem Balkon und sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Richtig viel Platz, großes Bad, viele Schränke, alles perfekt.

Die Lage ist ein Traum. Schön ruhig und die Aussicht war einfach wunderschön. Wunderschönes Zimmer. Wir haben jeden Tag genossen in dem Zimmer. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

We loved the property and the view. Room was very comfortable.

We were instructed to pick up the keys at a hotel some distance away. As we had no car, a long taxi ride was required: one to the key pick up the keys and check in and another to drop us at the hotel. It cost us €50 and, the keys were actually at the property anyway. Our second issue was the distance to other activities. If you have a car, this, or the issue above, are probably not a concern. We had no car so it meant an expensive taxi trip to restaurants, ferry, etc. We finally rented a car partway through our stay.

Amazing quiet place with great view of the vineyard and lake Constance, first class, high tech apartment, great kitchen and appliances. We would have loved to stay longer, if there had been a chance. Hagnau and Meersburg, everything you need in walking distance.

Beautiful view from the balcony & great location - home is in a quiet vineyard overlooking the lake, away from the street/highway. Lake is just a 2min walk down from the property and great for water sports. A bike path stretching the coast of the lake is also immediately next to the property. The apartment was generally very comfortable - very nice living & balcony areas (especially for outdoor dining/lounging), fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom. Everything was very clean when we arrived.

Two things could be improved: (1) The three apartments on the property are slightly different layouts/sizes. Two apartments have separate bedrooms and it should be possible to choose the layout you want when booking. This could be an issue on Booking - the apartment we booked was a "One Bedroom Apartment" (with most pictures showing the separate bedroom), however, the unit was more like a studio, with the bedroom alcove separated by a glass door. Not a huge problem - but from the pictures & unit name on Booking, this wasn't clear. (2) Mosquito nets should be installed on the bedroom windows. There is no A/C or passive ventilation in the unit, so the bedroom sometimes got very warm during the summer nights. Would be great to be able to open the windows at night without insects coming in.

Family living just below - the terrace overlooks into their garden - it’s a little less private than we would hope for
