An amazing place with a great pool and super welcoming staff. This exceeded all my expectations and we were made to feel so welcome

Great pool although in the afternoon it’s in full sun so a shade sail would be a great additive! Lovely staff. Great breakfast. Nice and clean. I accidentally smashed a glass bottle out of our fridge and asked for a broom to sweep up the glass, the staff came straight up and insisted on doing it for me which was very nice. Only a short stroll to a lovely beach!

Hotel is clean and its staff is nice. It is located within walking distance to the beach (10 min.) and port (25 min.). There is a perfect view over the bay from the terrace.

Some amenities in the hotel are old and it would be good to renovate them. Breakfast is simple.

The breakfast was poor, without either fresh juice or fresh fruit The pool looked extremely cloudy and uninviting Generally the hotel looks as though it has seen better days We stayed in Parikia for convenience as we had to connect ferries in Paros, however as the hotel is a fair distance from the port, we ended up having to get the hotel minibus back to port the next day costing a further 10 euros

The beds we're not very comfy and the shower was kinda small.

The garden and pool was amazing, staff was super nice and friendly, good breakfast. I was lucky to have a big balcony, and the view from it was fantastic. My experience was great here.

The only thing that I was missing in this property were proper blankets.

We liked everything about this place. The room, the pool, the location, the staff. I would totally recommend it and will Deffo come back! + it has a big supermarket and a coffee shop literally next to it.

Nothing to dislike. Also, I can’t understand why some people complain about location when it’s only 7mins walking from the centre.

We expected a room with a nice view but we ended in front of a construction site, quite far from the sea. We think the price is too much for the hotel, as we did not understand the difference between our previous hostels that were much cheaper. However, staff is really nice, helpful and welcoming. They helped us to find activities, they were available each time needed, with always a lot of kindness.

No warm/hot water at 3-star hotel, booked double bed and got 2 single beds that cannot be joined. We were kicked out before the checkout, poor wifi, poor connection to the city, terrible sound isolation.

- our reservation was rebooked at Eri Hotel due to the COVID situation - Eri Hotel is a pleasant family run hotel - free transport service available to and from the port - super breakfast - nice, polite, helpful staff - COVID protocol well maintained - they help with the car rental as extra service - close to the sandy Livadia beach, 7 minutes walk, and Parikia beach as well - the city center is about a 20 minutes walk (port) - bus stop right at Eri Hotel

We were switched from Panorama Paros to Eri Hotel and the latter was beautiful! The views from our rooms were great, with out-the-door access to the pool and views of the ocean. It was close to the beach (7 min walk) and downtown area (10-15 min walk, depending on destination) with a path from the hotel that avoided the main road. The staff was great, front desk incredibly helpful, and overall amazing. Breakfast was delicious and had fresh juice, coffee, tea, and lemon-mint water. They even provided a corkscrew when we asked! Phenomenal stay and a perfect place whether exploring Paros or staying near the beach and hotel. Should've booked a longer trip!

Wifi connection was difficult in Eri Hotel, our replacement from Panorama Paros.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, good location and comfortable rooms.

We initially booked to stay at the Panorama hotel but got placed in Eri instead as the Panorama was closed due to COVID. I would basically summarise the stay as you get what you pay for - the hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly but is very dated with very lumpy pillows and extremely loud A/C unit. The pool area was nice and large. The free ferry pickup was appreciated and useful and the hotel staff were really friendly and helpful.

We originally paid £132 to stay at the Panorama but got placed in the Eri. I looked at the price difference for our dates and it was £12 cheaper to stay at the Eri so I would advise to just book to stay at Eri in the first place to avoid being ripped off. The breakfast selection was pretty terrible and stale and the coffee was absolutely awful. Location wasn’t great - again the Panorama was closer to the centre but there was a path that took about 15 minutes.
