The service was impeccable and hospitable!

Lovely property, nicely designed rooms, very comfortable and clean, great location walking distance to the port area with restaurants and shopping.

The dog policy should be more explicit. we booked because it came up as dog friendly but found out the day before they only take small dogs under 10 kgs. crazy, the worst dogs! I was not allowed to bring my old quiet polite Labrador, but I had to deal with yappy, snippy, barking little purse dogs that annoyed other guests all weekend. The worst! Suggest you specify the size limitations in your advertising, and consider changing your policy to either all dogs or no dogs. If not for the dog issue, I would rate the hotel a 10: minus 1 for the two tiny dogs that tried to attack my husband, and minus 1 for not being allowed to bring a proper dog.

everything is more than perfect ! rooms and common areas are decorated with taste, all the comfort you need. view from the pool is gorgeous (sunset view from the pool bar ) and breakfast is delicious and very generous. location is 5 min by buggy from Parikia center which is ideal if you want to enjoy some quiet but not too far from the city center !

Amazing stay at Paros Palace, everyone met us with great ambience, it felt like walking into a home. The rooms were super clean and the services were always available. The staff felt like a family and always enjoyed helping us out and extending their hospitality.

a wonderful property, within 15 minutes walk to the main town and beach - but they’ll give you a lift in the shuttle! we had a brilliant 3 night stay and enjoyed the lavish breakfast + resort pool. cocktails were fab too.

The location and apartment.

The restaurant was pricey and not great food.

The room was very comfortable. The personnel was very kind, and always available. The hotel offers free transfer to the centrum of Paraika (but it is also possible to go by walk in the centrum). The Hotel is very well located but having a car is needed to visit Paros (it is better to book it in advance). Our terrace had a great view on the sea. The Breakfast proposes variety of dishes (salted & sweet) . For the dinner, the menu has multiple choices, which is very good for the children. The swimming pool was never crowded.

Some info should be available in the rooms to propose good adresses, map, services in Paros (car rentals, timeframe of the boats, How to get......)

our room smelled like sewage and the beds were terribly uncomfortable. and the A/c was definitely not cold enough. not being able to consume our own food by the pool. We spent several thousands to stay for 4 nights 2 rooms a bag of ships by the pool shouldn’t have been a problem especially when you don’t sell them yourself
