Dificuldade de esquentar o chuveiro a noite

A estrutura do hotel.

Da falta de atenção, para buscar um táxi para chegar até o porto. a hospedagem nesse hotel foi devido a proximidade do porto. Foi uma loucura e coloquei toda a família em risco, andando pelas ruas, a procura de um veículo.

Los recepcionistas no entienden, o se hacen para no ayudar o entregar información . Solo mueven sus manos dando a entender que no entienden. Cero voluntad . La infraestructura no tiene aislamiento acústico, durante la madrugada se sienten los ruidos de las habitaciones superiores o de los pasillos, además se escucha el ascensor durante su uso . Por lo que el descanso durante la noche o madrugada de los pasajeros que llegan de rumba. El aseo es por dónde pasa la escoba, no es a profundidad. En la piscina no se puede llevar las toallas de la habitación, ya que ellos te las facilitan. Pero en dos oportunidades se les termino y no me dejaban ir a buscar las toallas de la habitación y en una oportunidad nos tuvimos que ir estilando a la habitación. Menos mal que el clima colabora pero en el interior del hotel se encuentra con aire acondicionado donde se siente el cambio de temperatura más aún estilando.

Os quartos são bem aconchegantes e o atendimento é muito bom, com destaque a equipe de limpeza que são uns amores.

Me senti desconfortável quanto a localização que os arredores do prédio não parece seguro para transitar.

Boa hospedagem para quem vai apenas dormir algumas noites e não quer usar a estrutura do hotel.

A localização é boa no quesito acesso e locomoção para diversos lugares do RJ. Porém é um pouco hostil nas redondezas do hotel, principalmente a noite.

I had a lovely room with a very comfortable bed and a lovely view of the outside. The hotel provided a very nice buffet dinner. But there was nothing to do in the vicinity of the hotel. The hotel staff did a good job of handling a lot of people queued at the front counter at 12.30 pm when I arrived and at 11.30am when I was leaving. There were 7 staff at the front counter at both times.

There were so many people for breakfast, I couldn't even get to the hot food; they were lined up three deep. I had to be happy with the food I could get to. The door staff got me a taxi to get to the international airport. I was grateful for their help. The taxi meter read 60r; I gave the taxi driver 100r but he argued with me and would not give me my luggage from the boot of the taxi until I gave him 200r. I don't know if the door staff have any control over what the taxis do.

Localização excelente, fui à Confeitaria Colombo e Uruguaiana à pé!!!! Funcionários que levam e guardam as malas, muito atenciosos!!!

Elevadores. Bolos do café da manhã. Chave de acesso ao quarto e eletricidade falhando várias vezes.

Los ascensores son un poco lentos y el secador de pelo de la habitación estaba malo

I like the atmosphere in the entire hotel. The staff speaks very good spanish and english. I'd like to come again to Brasil and stay in the same hotel.

They need to improve the breakfast menu. I'd like to see more options to have a breakfast.

Excellent breakfast and buffet. The staff was very kind.

I requested a quiet location for our room. The hotel placed us in a great location down the end of a hall. Also, we were celebrating our 30 year wedding anniversary. The staff delivered an anniversary dessert and thoughtful note to our room. They also gave us little gift bags with lotion, etc. The free breakfast buffet was really good and the service from the dining room staff members was superb. We purchased the dinner buffet twice and felt it was a good selection for the price. It was very easy and inexpensive to use uber while staying at the hotel. Getting to other locations such as the beach was a breeze. Staying at this hotel for five nights was a good choice for us. There was always atleast one staff member at the front desk or in the dining area who spoke English, so that was helpful since we only speak a couple of words of Portugues. We highly recommend this hotel.

I liked the location and English speaking staff members. Rooms were very spacious. The traffic noise disturbed only little. There were several elevators operating in all 22 floords + few to the roof. Meeting rooms functioned very well. Business Center was ok equipped and the staff very helpful

Perhaps more English speaking staff members The breakfast/lunch/dinner room needs to be updated. It looked and felt more like dormitory area for children. The food was little bit tasteless to my taste. The upper floor steam sauna, swimming pool area and bar was quite often closed. You could make more business to improve that area

The room was very big, the beds were very comfy. Staff was generally kind and proactive. There are many elevators in the hotel, so ups and downs are fast. The hotel is definitely very close to Sapucaí.

The only downside was the air conditioning that was not letting the room cold enough. But it was definetly not a big deal. Also, the food in the hotel is expensive.

Breakfast was superb! WiFi is acceptable.

Huge lines of people to check-in and out: it took ages to simply get a possibility to ask a question! Not enough staff or poor management? The neighborhood is full of homeless: stinky and not safe. Both nights I was woke up by strangers (a pizza guy who knocked the wrong door after midnight and a group of young guests partying at 3am). Looks like security and guests' peace are not priorities for the hotel.

Great location to walk most places. Rooftop pool and covered patio were a nice bonus. Close to some amazing restaurants
