The apartment is very large, the rooms are amazingly huge, there is one that is a little smaller, but they all have shelves or a piece of furniture to hang clothes and super fast heating, the kitchen is well equipped: microwave, coffee maker, oven, cutlery , etc (we cooked there every day and there were 7 of us) and most importantly: dishwasher. There are vintage markets 10 minutes away and the neighborhood is very nice, I went out for a run and there is a beautiful cafe that is also a book store. Amazing all-night kebab 10 minutes away and Berghain IS 10 MINUTES WALK, good pubs nearby too. The TV is smartTV and we were able to do a Gossip Girl maraton with the girls. It is very nice and we even found extra blankets and towels. We asked them how we could organize a detail for two of the people, since we didn't know if there was anything open when we arrived, and it was their birthday, and they offered to manage it themselves and bought us cake, balloons, wine and even a poster huge happy birthday. It is very well connected to the metro and tram, at around 25 minuts of the center, it has a Lidl 5 minutes away, and a local products store right in front. It was an experience of 10 and exceeding expectations, we hope to return in December. I highly recommend it! I had questions with the online check-in and even with how to turn on the heating and they helped me instantly, they are great!! We love it!!

Super Lage, ausgesprochen ruhig auch in der Nacht. Geräumige Unterkunft. Unkompliziertes Handling. Nette Geste zur Begrüßung. 4 Wasser und etwas zum Knabbern und was Süßes vor Ort ✌️🥳

Ausstattung ist spartanisch und teilweise desolat. Mit ein paar Handgriffen und etwas Liebe zum Detail würde wirklich eine Pearl daraus werden. Z.B. Dusche fixen (Halterung bricht bald runter), Duschwand, statt kaputtem Vorhang, Müllsäcke zur Verfügung stellen, Besteck auffüllen. usw.

I like that the property was easily accessible. It was very close to a lot of restaurants and a few bars as well. The place was very clean and the host was very responsive when I needed help with things. All around was a wonderful stay for me and the guest I traveled with. The property is definitely a replica of what they have advertised.

I have no negative comments towards the property. It was definitely what I was expecting plus more.

One bed was broken, not possible to sleep in and the host did nothing to help us. didn’t answer messages. on arrival the code for the door didn’t work and neither the code for key box to get in the house. the apartment was very dirty. Dishes from previous guest were still dirty and the dishwasher that the host uses was disgusting. overall the apartment and communication from the host was extremely horrible. DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT.

The apartment is big enough for a family or for a friends group. Good location, lot of nice cafes and restaurands are around.

They wrote many times that no check in before 16h, but must to check out till 10h because of the cleaning. We arrived after 16h and the apartment wasn't cleaned yet, the hous keeper was still there. We asked to wash the floor, becasue looked dirty, but she didn't do it. WIFI didn't work, we sent a message to the owner asked to fix it, but we haven't get any answer for that, and the internet and tv did not work during our whole stay. If you want to use the dish washer bring some tablets because there are no any.

Good location, only positive thing we could say

Many many things. The key lock box for check-in didn't work, we managed to get in despite this to access the single key that was in the apartment. Despite constant requests throughout the weekend for the second key to be got to us no one bothered to remedy the situation. Our whole weekend was dominated by the complexities of 3 couples all with different plans and schedules trying to be able to access the apartment with only 1 key between them and no working lockbox to leave it in either. No phone number was ever given for us to contact anyone- only by message- quite clearly done this way for the comfort and control of the management. Upon arrival we had to go out to buy toilet paper and coat hangers, as there was neither. The dishwasher was full of mould so could not be used. The shower fixture was broken so the shower head would not stay in place to take a shower. The overall condition of the apartment was poor with laminate finishes that were peeling away in places, and an absolute bear minimum of furnishings, some of which were falling apart (our bedside table for instance, which was coming apart, with the sides falling off). Overall I felt very much like we were there for the convenience of the management, to allow them to make money, but as to the quality of what they gave in return for said money, they cared little. Late check in at 4pm, early check out at 10am, all pushed to the maximum of what they could ask, and the minimum of what they could offer. I think it goes without saying that we would not return to stay here ever again.

The apartment is situated in a great area. We had a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Great transport links to anywhere in Berlin too.

The apartment is quite basic. If you're not too bothered about a 'homely' feeling, this place does the trick. We struggled with the WiFi. We could only really get it in one room.
