Unkomplizierter Check In mittels Schlüsseltresor, nettes Personal, super Frühstück, Parkplatz, Aufenthaltsraum mit günstigen Getränken im Kühlschrank, Nähe zum Europapark, Nachsendung der vergessenen Sachen
Die Lautstärke der anderen Gäste aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts :)

Room and breakfast were very good. It was a bit weird that besides breakfast the pace was unmanned. That was not necessarily a bad thing (a contact number was provided) - it just felt a bit strange not having anybody on site. Staff during breakfast were very friendly and breakfast itself was very good.

The self check-in option was great because we were independent from the office hours.
They made it to offer us vegan breakfast spontanious which was very nice

My colleague and I visited Cloudfest and Europa-park.
It was an absolutely wonderful trip! The guest house is so close to the park that a walk take a maximum of 2-3 minutes.
Our room was bigger than we expected and so clean! I visited a few guest houses in Germany, France and Poland but I've never seen such a clean room and bathroom, as if we were the first guests.
Breakfast was good too! lots of delicious and fresh buns and strong coffee.
Highly recommended to stay!

Easy check-in. We arrived after hours, but they had our room key all set up in a lock box! staff was very friendly. And their breakfast was delicious!
Beds are firm, very typical in Europe.

Absolutely lovely staff, perfect location to visit the theme park.
No fridge or safe inside the room, which wasn’t a huge problem but we were definitely looking for it and would’ve used it.

Great location to Europark & village centre.
Lovely location near river & liked the honesty box system for self serve drinks on ground floor. Breakfast was nice too.
Room was a little small for 3 people & sloping roof made it a bit awkward to move around at one end. would have been nice to have tea / coffee facilities in room.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment and rooms were much bigger than expected and very comfortable. The location is excellent for a visit to Europa-Park which is only a short walk away. Good dinner options nearby for the evenings. Delicious and copious breakfast!

The rooms were not very modern. This could maybe use some updating! The price is also quite high, but compared to other hotels in the area (and the EP hotels) it was quite affordable.
Great staff, good breakfast, bathroom was really nice and modern, good wifi and just a 10 minute walk to EP.
